In mid-Sep 2020, I ordered flowers for my friend's family as her father passed away. I was alerted that there was an issue and my flowers weren't delivered on the chosen date. Fine, it's a global pandemic, no problem. Customer service assured me the flowers would be delivered the next day. I never received confirmation so I followed up, and was told that they had in fact be delivered, but I should check on my end to make sure. My friend never received the flowers, so back I went to customer service. They said they'd look into it… a few weeks passed, I followed up again, they again assured me the flowers had been delivered! I persisted, they insisted, and finally, finally, after some more time and back and forth they admitted there had been a mixup and the flowers were never delivered, at which point they agreed to refund me. Absolutely unbelievable and such a complete waste of time. No one who works there knows what's going on and they don't care about fulfilling their deliveries. Avoid at all costs and save yourself the hassle.

SCAM! Look at the picture of what they advertised versus what they delivered! When I wrote to them, they had the cheek to tell me "sorry that it did not meet your expectation". MY Expectation, although it is them that did FALSE ADVERTISING! According to the terms on their website, they can replace flowers in certain cases of the same COLOUR and shape. As you can see, it is clearly not the case. And now they are not giving me my refund! =(

I wish I had read the reviews before wasting my time ,energy & money.
1; said they could deliver to destination.
2; asked for delivery fee after I placed the order.
3; order was incorrect.
4;after many emails, delivery fee was waived.
5; delivery did not arrive on correct day & then arrived later than agreed the following day, again after many emails to follow up.
6;hamper was completely misrepresented- old looking flowers, few fruits, no candle, replacement tea.

All together a very unsatisfactory experience.Would never use this site again & never recommend.

WHAT AS SCAM!!! They delivered half-dead flowers that cost $120!!! Then they completely rejected my complaint. PLEASE do not spend money with this company. The good reviews are FAKE!!!

I ordered flowers to go to Pretoria and they were never delivered. After chasing 3 times and asking for a refund I鈥檓 having to give up, no support and no intention to actually deliver flowers. Absolute scam who trick people with a good looking website. Do not order unless you want to throw money away for nothing.

Scam alert !!! 鈥?be nastily shocked by the huge derivation from what you ordered and the actual delivery.
I ordered the Sylvia but a random assortment of flowers without professional arrangement and poor mix of colours got delivered. A Better Florist, if not called鈥?the Worst Florist鈥? excused this as seasonal variability; the Syliva photo on their website is illustrative only; and an upgrade that you never asked for.
The most horrendous thing is A Better Florist believe they did you a favour and refused to do business in a truthful manner. Unbeliverable! Happy to upload photos for you to see yourself.

Ordered flowers to be delivered to my friend in Istanbul. I received a confirmation email, but that was all. NO flowers delivered, no response to any forms of communication. An absolute disgrace.

I was really hesitant at first to place an order for my friend in Singapore however, I still risk and try their service and alas! I was not disappointed at all. It was a lovely bouquet and fast service after all. My friend loves the arrangement. Kudos to a very efficient service!

Beware! I bought a bouquet for a friend at the cost of $116 that was not even close to the picture. It was delivered 4 days after the promised date after a lot of chasing. I was offered a pathetic 20% refund. I was told I should have read their 鈥淔AQ鈥?that order may differ due to flower availability. That I can accept but to be no where near near the size and quality offered?? DO NOT use this company! Shop local not from some offshore scammers!

Flowers to Luxembourg is a scam website. I never received the flowers I ordered and they never answered the phones nor respond to emails. This is a fraud scam to steal money!

They deliver the flowers on time even grant my request to replace for specific flowers. My friend received a lovely arrangement! Wouldn't think twice to repurchase on this site again. TYSM A Better Florist for delivering happiness. 🙂

First, they delivered the wrong bouquet. I understand that mistakes happen so I contacted the support team and arranged for replacement flowers. However, most of the replacement flowers were dead. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE AT ALL!

Please don't let the pretty website with the pretty pictures fool you. As other people mentioned, expensive for very lousy flowers, which were delivered on the wrong day.
I ordered through israeliflowers.com and got fooled by the pretty pictures myself and want to make sure it won't happen to someone else.

It鈥檚 our anniversary and my hubby sent me a bouquet from better florist. Not only are the flowers not fresh, it was a tiny bouquet the size of my palm, very different from what was shown on the webpage. When we feedback to them all they responded was that picture was only an indication. For a bouquet costing almost 100 bucks, this way of doing business is pure dishonesty with lousy customer service to boot.

They are basically a scam website, they delivers the day after ( after they promised to be on time ) a small composition of flowers – not as it was described and depicted- They do not provide refund – they no answer to the email and they provide only an international Phone number which might cost a fortune
Be careful don鈥檛 use this website it would be a nightmare as was for me

I have a bad experience with A Better Florist!

I sent a flower bouquet for a friend in Israel, website : israeliflowers.com
And I have told them to call the recipient BEFORE they deliver the flower.
But it turned out they called the recipient when the courier is already arrived.
So my friend COULD NOT RECEIVED THE FLOWER BY HIMSELF!!!!!
What is so hard to call before delivery the flower?! I don't get it!

For anyone's gonna send flowers around the world, never use : A Better Florist.
They can't handle it well!!!
I feel like wasting my money $72 for a stupid & lack service ever!!!

I was influenced to order from this florist through a blog where it was posted as #1. I am very, very disappointed as this indeed seems to be a scam! The flowers advertised look fresh & elegant but what arrived were soggy, sloppy, & just a dozen! Sorry to rant but what my mom got was a great disappointment. I鈥檝e posted the photos in Google reviews for this company.

Unfortunately I can鈥檛 find a button to post the photos but I鈥檒l make sure the public will see these soon & be not victimized by them

My sister recently received the her birthday flower bouquet.

I am furious beyond words. Having to look at the flower delivered, it is a complete dismay and dissapointment. The flower arrangement was cheaply and unprofessionally done. Even a toddler can do this arrangement!!! The card is handwritten and is not appealing at all, it looks disgusting. I am completely furious to look at it .

Its not what is reflected on their website. It is not the bouquet as advertised. I paid $65. The value for the money is not worth the price at all.

It ruined all the excitement we have to brighten up our sister's birthday flower bouquet. We were all upset. Not a very pleasent experience at all. I will never used this service ever again.

I have emailed them and on the good side, I will get my refund at some point. Thank you but this will be my last and only.

If there is a negative rating, I would give them that. They do not deserve event this one star, which is the lowest rating that could be given now.

The bouquet ordered by my sister to be delivered to me for my birthday and the bouquet actually delivered to me many, many hours late by their representative here in Moscow are very, very different. Delivery was supposed to be 9am to 12 pm (noon) but it arrived nearly 9pm.

I expected to receive beautifully arranged bouquet and not some weeds that are just lumped together. And the card was just ripped off (they did not even bother using a scissor). I was looking forward to receiving the flowers for my birthday but what I received was so ugly. It looks like we were scammed – and that was a hard-earned USD 65. Instead of being happy receiving it for my birthday, I just got very upset and mad. It is very ugly, and it is not even a bit close to the bouquet ordered by my sister in the website.

We still hope that the flowers will be replaced, or that my sister will be refunded for the amount she paid.

Do not transact business with them EVER AGAIN.

They are a scam.

Very bad experience. Ordered a myr232 fruit basket to be delivered to my parents staying in Penang, Malaysia. After payment confirmed and everything, received an email from their customer service saying that my address is not under their delivery area coverage and they requested another myr60 for the delivery fee! Moreover, the fruit basket received is nothing like the website picture. Its badly packaged with tapes all over and messy ribbons. Totally overpriced and a waste of money! This will be my first and last time. Beware!

Ordered a bouquet of flowers in Stockholm for SEK2,157 which comes to around USD215 at current prices, then I saw they are selling the same product for around USD50 in other locations. Total scam. First and only 5 star review here on Trustpilot is by someone called Steve Feiner who is the owner and CEO of the business. I guess that says enough about their integrity. Never again.
