i ordered 2 "smart" cutting boards, what I got was 2 pieces of plywood, now they are saying I can spend 20 more dollars to return it. GET THIS "COMPANY" DISBANDED

I buy a lot of unusual things via facebook ads from china and this is the first scam I have come across.
Gives a bad name to all the honest companies – total scum

If I could give a minus I would. Ordered a luxury cat villa and received a tiny box. Totally unfit for purpose. I have the e mail address if anyone would like to contact me on Facebook.

SCAM- Didn鈥檛 receive my order

Complete fraud. I paid a little over $27 for a cat tree. Fortunately I paid via PayPal. After 6 weeks of not hearing anything, I filed a complaint with PayPal. I then received an email from the company stating that my cat tree was shipped. I just received it and it is a small 4 inch by 5 inch wooden box. i asked for a full refund via PayPal and the status is pending. Please don't fall for this company's advertising. They are complete fraudsters and I am actually surprised that PayPal still allows it's customers to purchase items from them via PayPal.

Purchased toilet paper from a website called Quitnets.com, thinking it was a US company. Received a receipt from Paypal stating Dongguan Shunfa Logistics based out of China. I sent an email within five minutes of ordering to both Dongguan Shunfa Logistics AND Paypal to cancel immediately. Neither honored the request. This was ordered on 3/17/2020 after several emails to the company, they never responded to my cancellation request. Instead they said it shipped out on 3/27 and gave me a fake tracking number. I emailed again and a few days later they sent me another tracking number. No resolution from PayPal or Dongguan. Paypal just responded on 4/25 stating that if I never receive it, they will refund. Instead of two packages of Charmin for $67, they'll probably ship some used foreign toilet paper and Paypal will call it my problem. This was only my second transaction through Paypal, not good, I'll stick with Amazon.

I ordered a mini projector from the site & it's been over 3 weeks. Nothing's arrived yet! I also ordered another item a day later & that hasn't arrived yet either!

The seller did not contact me that they would be unable to ship my toilet paper product nor did they offer a full refund. They want to give me a 10% refund on $77.80 I spent on their items. This is not acceptable. The company should not have advertised their product if they know that they could not deliver. I sadly did not go to the online Reviews for this company prior to purchasing.

I purchased a Paintless Dent Repair Tool from a Facebook ad with the vendor Mall Aacan in late February 2020. I received in mid March only the plastic gaskets but not the puller tool. I emailed the contact in the order confirmation email and the reply was that the order is correct that I only ordered the gaskets and for me to check my order. I replied and said the plastic gaskets are useless without the puller tool and the ad did showed both the paintless dent puller tool and the gaskets and no where did it said the tool is optional or not included. There was no more response. I now noticed that the website to check on my order is taken offline. This company is a big fraud.

Complete fraud. Brought the 60,000 star planetarium with #1 & #2 discs. Only received the discs with no planetarium, after 2 months of being told that under no circumstances would they post me the planetarium paypal got involved but it wasnt easy and im 拢8 out of pocket as i had to send the discs back. BE WARNED THOUGH ANY SIMULAR EMAIL ADDRESS OR NAME DONT USE AS THEY HAVE OTHER WEBSITES.NOT BUYING FROM CHINA AGAIN

Fraud, tried to warn Paypal, but apparently they aren't willing to help, advising me to ship back the item (60 euros Italy_China) of shipping cost with only 30 euros refund offered. Thank You chinese scam, thank you paypal. Never buy from Social apps commercial banners anymore. Lesson learned.

Placed an order. They would not reply to my email. Saw the chinese name on my bank statement online almost immediately & began researching. In just 2 days, their site that I ordered from, HEARTAH, no longer existed. Site no longer available. Thankfully, my bank credited my account. It's a shame for them because they have to if there is no way to contact this company. This co. could've just sent me the wrong item, but I'm so glad they didn't. I would have been stuck trying to send the incorrect items back which would've cost double since it is in China. Besides going into the whole corona virus situation and how it might or might not affect shipments, you do not know you're even dealing with a so called company from China till after you pay. There were no reviews at the time for HEARTAH and again, you don't know it's a China co. till after you pay. I pd through paypal even though I don't have an account with them. Also, these guys have about 15 other sites, same dang products too. So be careful, do your research first if possible, and/or just stick with the reputable sites you do know. I was hesitant writing this because unfortunately, if they/scammers read this or any other reviews, they are actually learning more and more ways to scam us. ***** MY APOLOGIES! They advertise something and send you something else instead! It will cost you more to send the product back then it will to get you a refund!

I too ordered the dog ball launcher on 2nd feb…..6 weeks later I received a single tennis ball. Wrote to their customer service and provided pics of everything and they state that the item is correct….who in their right mind would pay $15 for a single ball ?

I too, have been scammed by this company. I purchased a ball launcher but only received a tennis ball. Offered me 10% refund or return ball at my considerable expense. Thought I鈥檇 be protected through PayPal. Total fraudsters and scammers. Avoid avoid avoid.

It's a rip off company you never get what you ordered just rubbish
