They sent me an unsolicited recorded delivery envelope with a generic claim form inside with my name and address already filled in, obviously PPI scam agents trying to grab the last few pennies before the end of the claim period.

This company is in direct violation of the general data protection rules.

Companies like this should not be allowed to abuse the postal system in this way. Pensioners, and vulnerable people be getting these letters. This is a completely disgusting business tactic.
