I use this taxi service 5 times a week from work to the train station. I have the app to pre book taxis ahead of time so I can get to the station in time for my train home. 90% of time my taxi is always late. Every time I ring up there鈥檚 shocking customer service with some excuse. Not once was I ever offered some compensation being a loyal customer. Not even a sincere apology. Just rude service over the phone. What鈥檚 the point of pre booking a taxi hours before if it never arrives on time. This is meant to be a guaranteed service. Disgusting service and attitude.

I would actually give yesterday's driver ZERO stars if I could. Taxi was booked and when went outside it was parked way up the road and quite a way from the booked address. I went and spoke to the driver who then proceeded to say 'You should answer your phone', when in fact there were no calls from him. He then said 'I can't get out and look at every house number', when I know his sat nav takes him to the house even if he has to park next door. He then said I will have to rebook, and thinking he meant he was going to come and do the pick up, I started walking back to my house. He then just turned round and drove straight past and drove off. We then had to ring and book another one, and the operator was brilliant and sent one immediately and the next driver was more than helpful and helped her with all her bags and her 3 year old.The taxi was for my daughter who was on a curfew and was very anxious and stressed. This first driver was very rude, unhelpful and lied about ringing to say he was there. Obviously parked way up the road was to him 'there'!

ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL TAXI BOOKED FOR CHRISTMAS NIGHT
9 0'CLOCK ~ AFTER NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS PROMISING IN TEN MINUTES WE GAVE UP AND USED PASSENGER CAR WHO WERE PROMT AS PROMISED

Appalling customer service, do not use!! When the taxi was late, we were told on each call 5 mins, 10 mins, he's round the corner making a drop off etc etc. They turned up 1hr 15mins late. Whilst waiting and listening to excuses I made another hassle free booking with Passenger cars which arrived in 10mins. Both cars turned up at the same time, guess which I used……..

been using company for years. and never a problem . drivers polite…and mainly prompt

did have a problem with a driver preoccupied with someone on the phone. so bad…..he should not have charged me the fare that day …but he did over charged by 1 pounds (its normally 3.. )
so its driver 330….im from biafra tag…..hes continually overcharges. but has done it so long. he dosent think anything of it.
get a price before you travel im afraid …its name or number and shame

but abba …please keep an eye on this driver….i dont speak african . but by the sound of it he owes augustine money ..
i dont want him to lose your job.(honesly)..but please abba…..keep a close eye on him

Rude women on phone. Taxi man arguing all the way home about double fare because of a road closure which obviously isn't my problem. You pay for the miles.bot Road closures. If you want a substandard service at exapensive rates chose abba. I know I won't be again.

Women on the phone was very rude when I enquired about my missing taxi, she then proceeded to call me 鈥渄im鈥?when I was explaining that I had looked for my taxi, and after I had said that she didn鈥檛 have to be so rude to me. She then hung up on me.

Taxi driver on the other hand was absolutely amazing couldn鈥檛 fault him, was lovely and spoke to me with the respect that I deserve as a customer.

I'm very disappointed with taxi 212, I do not condone anyone forcing there religious beliefs on anyone, if the conversation between myself and my wife was afensive to him that's his problem, at no point did we try to involve him in the conversation, and at no point did I ask for his religious beliefs, if he didn't like the conversation between myself and my wife he as a grown ass man has the option to not listen to our conversation and butt in why we are talking, we asked for a taxi not a religious intervention, I find the fact he believes in a imagery person afensive , and to try and force his religion on us is a joke , how would this driver react to passengers that spoke a different language, would he find it afensive that he didn't understand what they was saying and ask them to stop talking ??

First experience, pre booked some weeks for Airport run. Rang on the morning of the pick up day confirmed booking and yes they never turned up. Rang again reply What booking ffs. Someone eventually turned up. Second experience rang about an hour before scheduled pick up. It's Sunday we rang Saturday. Phone system is a joke and you'll get the classic It's 10 minutes away. Avoid this company totally unreliable

I have used ABBA cars daily for 6 weeks to get my 16 year old daughter to work each day, I book the car the night before then call in the mornings to confirm and get a fixed price, the days u don't get a fixed price, my daughter gets charged 拢2 more despite using them daily, they have made my daughter late 3 times in the last month losing her 拢30. The final straw was yesterday when I called because they were 30 mins late again, they accepted no responsibility, the driver was rude to my daughter telling her that he would charge extra to go on the motorway despite her having a fixed price and going this way on a daily basis, the control room are generally OK but yesterday I was onto a highly defensive female telling me that my daughter had been in the car for 7 minutes even though she wasn't and then hung up on me.
When I pay for a service I expect a good service and do not like being lied to and people shifting the blame, own up and take responsibility.
I won't be using them again and am so disappointed with them.

Unreliable and dishonest would sum up my experience this morning. Booked 10 hours in advance, repeatedly told car was on its way, 10mins after booking due they cancelled it on the system. Rang them to find out what was going on to be told struggling to get a car to my area. Eventually told could get one 30 mins after it was booked for. It was too late so had to get someone to drive me to the station. If they had told me when I booked or when I rang 5 minutes before the booked time they couldn鈥檛 meet the booking would have made alternative arrangements. This is not the first time and I won鈥檛 be using them again

The women operating the telephone was so rude! I was at fault for leaving the item in the boot in the first place but because she couldn't give me any more information and I stated that she could have contacted the wrong taxi or that that said taxi could have kept the item, she had a disgusting attitude and put me on hold and wouldn't return my phone call. All she needed to say was I'm unable to help any further and I would have understood. There is absolutely no need to be rude and ignorant. Learn some decent communication skills before taking a job as a telephone operator and learn some manners! I couldn't have been more polite especially since it wasnt her fault. I won't be using your service again.

Absolutely descraced today. I've been using them for more than five years and has met lovely drivers, honest to be told. But today the driver that picked us up was very rude, I'll mannered and out of this world. Horrible customer service experience I've ever received, I'm not sure if the you report this kind of behaviour the office does take steps . I they do I will report this matter ???

Absolutely disgusted by the (lack of) service.
Ordered a taxi 5 hours in advance for it not to come on time. After ringing them 3 times they hung up on me and cancelled my taxi.
We therefore had to drive to our destination, leaving half an hour after our taxi was due to come.
We recommend ABBA taxis to all the guests at work. We will no longer be doing so.

Only ever used them twice. The first time they sent 3 cars for me and flood my mates estate with cars and then charged me twice by claiming that I had to pay cash, even though I had already payed by card. The second time, the man wanted me to pay up front even though I had payed by card so I brought up the fact that I鈥檇 been scammed by the company before and that I wasn鈥檛 going to let it happen again so he rang the main office, they clarified that I had payed by card, the man knew he was wrong so used the excuse that I was being 鈥渞ude and threatening鈥?to cancel the trip and leave me stranded. Will NEVER be using again – id rather walk home with no shoes on! Would recommend you to never use this company – unless you want to pay double…

My wife booked one there taxis to pick her up from work a 6.30 PM today. It didn't turn up until an hour later and the driver said he had only been given the job 5 minutes before. This is unacceptable as they are supposed to be the biggest taxi firm in warrington and reliable. Think there boast at being reliable is a joke.

DO NOT USE THIS TAXI COMPANY. THEY HAVE LET ME DOWN SO OFTEN. I HAVE MISSED HOSPITAL APPOINTMENTS BECAUSE OF THEM DESPITE BOOKING WAY IN ADVANCE. THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND UNHELPFUL. THE OPERATORS ARE TOTAL POND LIFE. DO NOT USE ABBA CARS. USE UBER!!

Dreadful. Every taxi I've booked has been at least 20 mins late no matter how far in advance I've ordered. Terrible service, not enough drivers and the call handlers don't manage expectations well enough.

Booked in advance to go to station to catch a train. Didn鈥檛 turn up and still wasn鈥檛 there after 15 minutes. We were very lucky that our neighbour was available.

This firm are a joke. 100% joke. We phoned, confirmed we had a dog with us, not a problem. Half an hour late and we phoned again – didn't seem to have the booking. Told them again about the dog (small collie). Eventually the taxi turns up, late on a Saturday night, and the driver says he doesn't take dogs. Phoned them back and Matthew then decides to tell us it's "driver discretion" – why send a driver who won't take a dog in car when we've mentioned it 3 times. Matthew seemed to think it was funny. Complete farce and let down and we had to walk 3 miles home in dark and rain. DISGUSTING

Booked them for a trip from Liverpool to Warrington Bank Quay. Driver was a couple of minutes late (but no real issue there as there was quite a lot of football traffic).

Very reasonably priced and reliable.

Thank you to the driver who came to my house in Cinnamon Brow last night and returned my Daughter鈥檚 purse!
She had left it in his cab the day before when dropped off from Warrington to Newton.
Some good, honest drivers work for ABBA
