I quickly packed my kids in to the car and took them to school. I came back no later than 15 minutes and found the two men and their van were GONE; they left while I was gone from home. I rang the office and spoke to Paul, the Owner of the "company", who said he'd get back to me. I rang him a second time a few hours later and he said he could not get a hold of the guys?! I then rang again a few hours later, again to no answer and haven't heard anything since. I rang no less than ten times according to my call log on my phone to get my fence fixed, to no call back.
I booked a day off from work for this installation. It's shocking service: how can the two men and their white van just leave while I've popped to drop my kids to school?! With no warning at that. The company then didn't even have the common decency to get back to me or offer an explanation as to where they'd gone or offer another date. Where is their customer service standards? Where is the reliability? Where is the respect for their customers? – nowhere to be seen. Horrible service. Will never use again and nor will any of my friends/family. 0/5 stars given.
