Not happy with attitude of "store manager" – very unprofessional company: We ordered a carpet (拢745) and agreed free delivery. We paid in full upfront which is not recommended! Store manager, Chris Barlow, confirmed he would let us know when carpet arrived in approx. 5-7 days. But we heard nothing for 2 weeks. When we called he said he hadn't ordered it as he thought we would send request. At that point we got quite concerned. Then there was an extended nasty debate about the delivery which he could now not remember to have been agreed as "free". Only when I said we would escalate with shop owner, Ted Thomas, he finally confirmed this. On the delivery day of course it turns out that he will absolutely not help to bring the carpet up the stairs. Very snotty person with no service attitude – certainly not suited (in my view) to run a shop. There is also a real concern about the availability of reaching the shop altogether. All in all you are better off and safer elsewhere.
