Problem is that blog already not about dresses, they are not selling them lately, it's more about something like for example some other means like poker and all related activities and so on and on and on… Let's do something please.

Great dresses for all kind of people anyway and I really do not get why some people do complain so much about that bigger things anyway. As for me – they are simply brilliant so let's talk about something like quality of the dresses and not delivery which is not always great.

I ordered the unleashed dress from their website. When I received the dress not only did the color of the dress not match the websites picture but the material was similar to costume material. I immediately returned the dress having to pay $20 due to the fact that they don鈥檛 give you a return label. I was then emailed by the company claiming that there was a 鈥渟mall rip鈥?in the dress and the tags were 鈥渦nattached鈥?and that I won鈥檛 be receiving a refund. Both claims are ridiculous since I didn鈥檛 even try on the dress due to the horrible quality. I won鈥檛 be buying from this company ever again and I suggest others think twice before they get SCAMMED like I did.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Absolute rip off! My dress arrived damaged and was terrible quality so I tried to liaise with customer service who were really rude but eventually gave me returns details.
They have received the dress but refusing to refund me the 拢230 as apparently 鈥渃ctv from warehouse shows the dress wasn鈥檛 ripped when the dress was packed鈥?.. this cctv footage is not available and they are now being investigated by fraud department.
Disgusted that companies like this exist

Ordered the Chile dress in a small on 4/16 for my daughters prom on 5/05. Received it pretty timely, great! As mentioned in a previous post, no information on how to return or exchange merchandise. Emailed company, received a response 24-48hrs later on how to return, great! As a flight attendant on the road, I promptly returned the dress upon returning home on 4/23 and sent an email stating FedEx return info, photo attached, seeking an exchange for a different dress and willing to pay the extra $80 for new dress and asking to bill the same card. I spent $60 returning the $215 dress.
Two days later, realizing my account hasn鈥檛 credited, I decided to go about the procedures of buying the second dress because time was getting away, and would wait for the credit on the initial dress returned. I received an email saying I wore/damaged/stained the dress and they would not credit my account and also asked me to PayPal additional funds ($20) to send it back to me. What in the hell? BUYER BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!
She tried this dress on and it completely did not fit her upper body as she鈥檚 very small. I hung it up behind her door until I could return it and this response is how they treat paying customers. Their return policy is for their benefit and ultimate gain. I emailed them trying to seek help and explained to them my daughters prom was upcoming and in no way was this dress worn! She spent two weeks looking for a dress on their website for this type of treatment. They were rude(Kim) and unwilling to help after receiving my money as they had the nerve to request for me to pay THEM again to send it back to me. I have NO MERCHANDISE. Who does this?
I feel some kind of way as I did not and maybe should have inspected this dress after receiving the package. What confirmation do I have that this stain wasn鈥檛 already there??? The photo showing the said 鈥渟tain鈥?doesn鈥檛 show location and I鈥檓 not sure if this could have been mishandled on their behalf, and I鈥檓 being accused of it. I鈥檓 unable to return or exchange and am being denied any possible refund. This dress was sent back with integrity and honesty, and sales tags intact. As a consumer, I was appalled. Horrible buying experience. Horrible return policy, horrible point of contact, horrible sense of direction for returning merchandise鈥?not until I emailed them did I obtain instruction on what to do or how to even EXCHANGE the item.. and no telephone number of any sort to communicate. Unacceptable!
Back at square one now scrambling to find a dress seven days before her prom. I am mortified and I will make sure I alert others of this experience in every which way I can!!!

Dresses were made from different material than as advertised company refused refund, luckily went through PayPal but then company refused to pay customs and taxes on the returns which means I have to pay them. Result is that the cost of returning the dresses and the customs and taxes charges leaves me with hardly anything. Spent 拢180 will end up with 拢40 and nothing to show for it. Terrible company, service is patchy, not trustworthy, would advise never to deal with this company as they will make sure you don't get your money back.

Not worth the money. Really disappointed with the costume from abbydress.com. I would choose another website of dres swoo.com that my workmate recommend
