On calling ABC Pest Control regarding a bedbug issue found that the person who answered the phone who was also the owner and had 15 years feild experience who was now manning the office and had extensive knowledge of pest control industry and answered all my questions and gave me a price over the phone .
A technician came out the same day who dealt with the problem very efficiently who also had on his person a copy of his bpca leval 2 certificate.
