Zero stars. This company (parent company is Original Cottages: see reviews on Trust Pilot) will let you book & pay for your accomodation then cancel your booking and steal your money! I booked 11 months ago & this week, without warning or explanation our booking was cancelled. All phone & email communication ignored. Not only are our holiday plans in ruins but we cannot get a refund from these dispicable crooks. Now taking legal advice. AVOID THESE CRIMINALS!!
