Ordered, and got a track'n'trace link in my email, a day or so later. Well for starters, it informed me that my package was going to be later then advertised when I placed the order. It turned out the package wasn't at the delivery company (PostNL) at all, and wouldn't be there for another week! Meanwhile, the status on the website said it was already "Delivered" with a FUTURE date. So I contacted support to ask what was going on: Turns out the package was on internal transport from Germany to NL, there is no status for that. Instead, they pretend your package was already handed over to PostNL which it wasn't. I figured that would just cause people to complain to PostNL and told support that. Not only that, but a little later I received an email telling me that my package going to be late, because "PostNL had problems" … except PostNL updated their status the same day (They finally received the package from AboutYou ) and delivered it the next day. Funnily enough exactly on the prematurely posted "Delivered" date on the order status 😉 Support was quick to respond.. no problems there. Order came in plastic bag, on which they proudly proclaim "I got a 2nd chance!" (recycled plastic) and the products inside also came in another plastic bag. Product was fine, and had a really good price. AboutYou should work on their transparency, not blame their infrastructure problems on PostNL and make the order status actually reflect the order status ("on internal transport" is a perfectly fine status to ad).

I was buying from About You for the first time and I鈥檓 really disappointing about the quality… I totally understood that my product came a few days later because they have a lot of work… BUT when my boots came I wore it only once and the material has already peeled off from the boots so I cannot wear it any more! For those prices they have you expect you will get a product you could wear more than once! So disappointed with it!!

There is nowhere to write a review in Lithuanian about this store ,,About you" order was made on 9.22 ,they were showing,that delivery should be made 3-5 days and today is 10.2 and I still not received my products,I tried to reach them over phone,but they not reachable it says that phone is out network coverage!!!!??? I send them few emails with asking about my order and nobody answered yet,they just sending automatic emails back,that they got your email and thats it…Asked them to return my money if they can not send me my products,they did not respond to this too,they just sending automatic emails and newsletters…And finally by my orders they are showing,that order was delivered on 9.30,but i never got it!!!! This is badest eshop I ever visited and bought something! Should be shame to them to treat customers like this!

product cost 30 euros. Quality is like sh!t. I get better quality from a russian babuska. Here comes the fun part… to send package back, it costs 10 euros. 33.33% of the price. Seems we found your scheme of making business. Just send big pile of sh!t to people and call it a brand product, then cashin the refunds.

First time buying from About You. I ordered my items on the 22nd of September. It's 1st of October, my order hasn't even reached Lithuania and I was told by Omniva courier that it will take at least ANOTHER week and a half for order to reach me. There was a birthday present for a friend in that order, and if I would have known that delivery date they showed was a total scam, I would have never ordered. I couldn't reach About You customer support for few days as their phone was off. When I did, customer support seemed arrogant. I will never order again and it won't matter they do "crazy discount" or not. This seems like scaming and promoting false services (delivery in 3-5 days, when it's actually more than 2 or even 3 weeks)

I鈥檝e been waiting for a refund for more than 1 month and they are not answering the emails, they received the shoes back but no track of my money. Totally don鈥檛 recomend, the worst site ever, don鈥檛 buy from here if you don鈥檛 want your money to be stolen. Worst employers, I was calling and they said that the system is not working and when I called next day they never asked me again information for autentification, so the part with the system was a total lie.I am already filling out the form for a complaint to ANPC Romania, I recomand you to do like me, not to wait over one month to receive your money when the actual time is between 3 days and 2 weeks.

I ordered 5 different items of clothing from About You on the 9th of September. It has almost been 3 weeks and i havent even recieved any emails back from them, no new information, the tracking number doesnt work and at this point im thinking its all just a big scam.

Delivery is the worst ever. I'm waiting for 15 days and I Called 8 times and received different information each time. People who work for them arw so rude and they do not care. I didnt even get apologize because
of the situtation. When I called them they told me that the my package is in the post office and I went over there and there was not my package. After that I called them and they told me that my order is not in my city. I would not accept it because it is useful now. Not recommend to order from this webshop definetly.

Delivery is horrible. Called three times and received different information each time. Eventually ended up with a delivery that was far too late and useless to me because I needed it before a specific date. I would not recommend to order from this webshop.

I ordered a pair of sandals and had to return them because the color was wrong. It took a long time to get the return papers and then two months of chasing them even though they had the sandals back. It has now been almost three months and I never received a refund or the sandals back. I will never buy there again or recommend it to anyone, unless they have time and money to lose.

Ordered a dress: it was torn appart on 4 different parts, the zipper didn't work and it had a black stain. It seems just like it was already used before and returned to aboutyou and they just put it back on the market without checking if it was okay.

Since I remember I always order from about you by paying afterwards. Apparently they have changed this payment method and now there鈥檚 a company managing those payments called KLARNA. Nevertheless I ordered something and paid on time, sent the money directly to about you, just how I always used to do it – using as a reference my order number. I woke up today to find an email with a warning from a company that is now managing those payments, saying that I owe them and that I need to pay as soon as possible otherwise I will get a fine.
I called about you customer service, where they suggested that there is nothing they can do and that I need to reach out to Klarna.(managing payments) I called Klarna just to hear that I need to ask ABOUT YOU, to return this money to me, so that I can pay the other company (Klarna). Only after I will receive that money back (from about you) I should pay to Klarna. At this moment I am a DEBTOR, although I haven鈥檛 done anything wrong.
Also if they introduce a different payment method, they should notify their customers in order to prevent this inconvenience, which takes a lot of time energy and it鈥檚 quite stressful, but most of all unnecessary.
The case is ongoing. Waiting for about you to respond..

I am very disappointed with the service at About you.de online store I ordered a pair of shoes and I never received them as they were sent back to the sender. So after advice from the customer service I ordered the pair again and the same thing happened.

I placed my first order in ABOUTYOU and tried to buy just a pair of Nike sneakers. What a nightmare. First I received confirmation that my order is on its way. The next day I received new feedback that there was a "technical problem" and my order was sent directly to return warehouse instead. Fortunately refund didn't take too long but despite of their mistake I had to place reorder.
I was offered a personal discount voucher 20% for reorder but it was useless because they don't allow vouchers if there's some active SALE in the web shop at the same time. So I had to wait with reorder until their SALE was over (the item I wanted had full price anyway). Meanwhile my item ran out of stock. How nice.
Customer service replied within reasonable time but their replies are absolutely useless, automatic and inflexible. As an example look at below replies by Anna & Co from ABOUT YOU.
I'll never order again and don't recommend this online store to anyone.

I used to like shopping from this site untill june when i ordered a pair of sandals and after a month (in which I have called them several times), they told me that the package was lost before arriving in Romania.

I was upset, but I told myself that I should try to order from this site again. Two weeks ago I ordered another pair of sandals. This time the package arrived but with sport male shoes instead.

Both times i got my money back, but nor the first pair of sandals, neither the second one came back in stock.

I had an amazing experience with the first 2 orders on this site – About You.
The first time I have ordered a dress from Beads and Lace on a specific color, the next day I saw this dress become available on a different color (that of course I liked more).
I have placed another order right away.
The first dress was a bit tight.
The second dress (same size) was perfect, the color different than the one on the site, I have wrote an email to About You and they have replied on the very same day, saying they will change the name color.
I sent back the first dress last Thursday, by Saturday I have received an email saying they have received my package and they will verify it. On Tuesday morning I had the money back in my account.
So, good job About You, I will order again soon.

So I have had problems with 2 seperate orders and the so called 'sale' price one at least one other order was higher than the normal price at most other shops. Yes same brand same product.
The problems with the first order; I kept getting bills for clothers that I ordered but never received. Would have gotten it in 3 days it said. 2 weeks later. Nothing. But the status was changed to deliverd and I kept getting the bill and fees for not paying them. So after I called 3 times even though they said they would take care of it every time but nothing happend. Than it turned out the shipment was lost and they would call me back. They said in the beginning that I would get the products send home to me again. Than by the 3 call they said it had never been possible cause it was sold out. Than the fees and bills were dropped after the 4th and 5th call. Would get a call back on why it went so wrong but ofcourse I did not hear back from them.

Than I made the mistake of placing another order. Send it back but since they did not register one of the items I now have a bill of 21,90 over a 8,90 euro necklace that I did not even buy. 1st call: oh yeah sure I'll take care of it. You'll get an email tomorrow… nothing.
Called back 3 days later and suddenly they said nothing had been done and they couldn't help me. After a discussion thay said they would help, a little. Now I have to fill in a form that says exactly what I called for twice and they still will not waver the fees that they caused.
