If you could put photos that can be enlarged on the screen, that would be helpful to understanding the facilities being offered. Otherwise looking on Google Streetview may be the only option available…on the AboutAirportParking website would be more one-stop

Worst map to facility. Needed directions and the bus driver was the phone person. When I asked for the correct address she told me she was not in charge of GPS. And then she told me to calm down. Left my deposit. Paid for parking at airport because of her poor attitude.You can take your place and fly a kite. I will post this three other places. Fix your email map. Fix the people you hire.

Price iin the confirmatory email was 25% highr than what I booked it at. Had to call them. No answer. They called back corrected the issue but nothing came through by email. Had to call again and eventually email came through with booking confirmation at 3rd attempt. Lady on phone was helpful but this is a mess

I was asked by this site to change my review because the AboutAirportParking.com site was not responsible for the rental facility that I bought parking form that was closed when we went to catch our flight our of Orlando. I bought the parking pass a few days before a flight to Atlanta. We got to Ace parking at 5:00 am to catch a 6:30 flight and they were shutdown…..no cars, no people, no signs to say you should go somewhere else!!! Thank heavens we flipped around and found another parking lot, bought a space, got in quickly and made our flight by the skin of our teeth! The attendants said that Ace had closed in the middle of the night a week or so ago! I think About Airport Parking had to have heard from disgruntled clients within the week we were gone. When we called upon our return they acted like they had heard nothing, but were kind enough to refund our deposit. .

The customer service staff was very helpful the second time I called, 1022 HRS Wed 2 May CDT. However, the first time I called 1022 HRS Wed 2 May CDT there was a very strange response. Both times I dialed 877-471-4111 and was automatically transferred to the Customer Service section. But my first call ended up being answered by some one who seemed to be distressed or at least preoccupied in another conversation at her end of the line. I was on the call for 2 min and 20 seconds saying "hello" (maybe 10 or more times) to no avail as I did not receive a response from the callee. It was hard to understand what she was talking about but a TUB was mentioned. I did not want to disconnect the call thinking maybe I could help in the event it was an emergency and that she might be in distress but unfortunately I was not making contact and anything I said was to no avail. Maybe the call was misdirected but it was an automatic transfer and I did not have to input ( as in "for Customer service please dial…") to direct the call in anyway.
Just now thought to let you know about this incident and hope all is well at your end of the line. They said the call may be recorded so possibly you can review the matter and determine what happened. Best wishes

I don't think I've used America's Best Value for airport parking before, but I have been fine so far with the less expensive lots near the airport. Making the reservation online was straight forward and there's a tab to print directions on the receipt and emailed reservation.
