They were supposed to clear my computer of spyware in Jan. 2019 and Malware. I paid $324.00 for a lifetime Security contract. They sent me an invoice with the guarantee of PERMANENT service. When it happened again in Aug. 2019 I called and they wanted $399.00 more. I told them I had a lifetime guarantee and they hung up on me.

I paid for one year technical computer support $99 in January 2019. In February, 2019 the phones have been disconnected.
