Shortly after submitting an online order for headphones, a CSR for AC Gears called me to say that the headphones were backordered, and if I didn't want to wait for them to come in, they would substitute other more expensive headphones, at no additional cost. I happily took them up on the offer, and couldn't be more pleased. I look forward to doing business with AC Gears again, and will recommend them to others, when given the opportunity. Outstanding customer service!

Today I received my headphone Beyerdynamic T51i and I tried to play the same music, everything was perfect so far, it was clean and no noise.Two weeks ago I bought from Amazon, one side it had noise when I listened to the Piano and symphony, at the first I thought perhaps it was a new headphone and needed sometime to burn it. But one week later the problem still was there.that was why I returned it back. Also the headphone from Amazon was no difference from my iPhone original earphone and the bass was quite normal, but this one from AC Gears was different.Finally I get the good quality T51i, I am so happy.

1) They never sent an email confirmation that I had even made a purchase, which meant no receipt, no order number, no anything. Did it go through? Did I buy it? It showed up on my bank statement as "online purchase." No store name. No number. So I began to wonder if I had been scammed. Since I bought it through a 3rd party site, I had to play detective and sleuth my way through google to even find the name of the store. (Pro tip: You can set up automatic email confirmations when you make an online purchase. For a tech store, this should be a no-brainer.)

2) I paid extra for the 2-5 day shipping. It's a week and a half later and I still have no package. On the phone, they said "probably by the end of the week." Glad I paid extra or who knows when it would arrive?

3) I have no idea the quality, since I haven't received it yet. My expectations are low.

I have been waiting 2 weeks since I paid the *EXTRA* 9.99 shipping fee to get my product sooner. I was phoned once for notifying my product was going to lag which is a week before I posted this comment. It is unacceptable and unfair that I be charged for fast shipping when I have this recieved slow service. I am truly unsatisfied with my service!

My item was being held by customs, which delayed the shipment until a few days after Christmas. Customer service reached out promptly regarding the issue, but I wish they wouldn't have just assumed that I wanted to cancel the order. All in all decent ordering experience.

I placed an order with AC Gears in early December. I know that the order was received because a hold was put on my PayPal account in the name of the vendor and for the sale amount, however, I never heard from AC Gears. After 6 days I called them but you can't actually speak to anyone, you have to leave a message and have them call you back. Their preferred method of communication (according to their website) is email so I sent an email – still no response. I'm rating this experience "Bad" because I'm comparing AC Gears to several other online vendors where I have placed orders n the meantime & received the goods already.

They replied to most of my emails , some they didn't but overall very good, I got my item in time to finish my project and kohn was very nice and speed up my order, definitely recommend to anyone who's a hobbyist, lots of cool stuff on that site. Sometimes the shipping can take a little long though but just wait it out..

Had a few issues getting my item shipped but Gian @ AC Gears resolved it quickly and even compensated me for the extra wait time. I'm very satisfied and would recommend AC Gears as the low cost high end electronics supplier. Good job people!

The price of the product was the best I could find online. The took about 5 days to process my order, which is slightly slow, the price kinda made up for it.

Haven't received the product yet, so cannot add more info to my review.

I ordered a clock and returned it to the store because I thought it was not working properly. The staff tested it for me and showed me it was actually working properly. They were extremely helpful and very cheerful,patient and pleasant. I really love the clock-the Lemnos wall clock-very unusual but functional.Great and unusual products,Great service!

So… this is actually a funny review, to give 4 stars (and I considered giving 5), as my whole experience with AC Gears extended over a 4 month period and ended up with a product return.

And yet!!! The service I received from them, and Gian (Giancarlo) in particular, leads me still to give a high rating.

Here's what happened: I ordered a 3Doodler 2.0 pen on the internet for my daughter's birthday present. Great price, better than other places. Got it — but worked for a very short time and then bye-bye. Contacted them, got their return policy, sent it back (my expense), they sent a new one. Second one didn't work. What?!? Daughter getting a bit teary, me getting a bit frustrated. BUT Gian was super understanding, showed personal knowledge of the product, and then sent me a return label for a "third-time's-the-charm?" attempt. Sent us a new one, and you-can't-make-this-stuff-up it was defective too. All this over a long period of time with many emails, we're like becoming best friends. Daughter has soured on the 3Doodler and is ready to get something like a Chromebook instead … so I ask Gian if I can just get a refund. He says yes … they ship it back again at their expense, and refund me. (I did have to prompt him a couple times–their customer service is personal but a tad quirky.)

So … thus my high review for a somewhat trying experience. I don't think the 3Doodler issues were theirs. Either coincidence, or a poor product, or our misuse (although we followed the (very simple) directions exactly). Anyway, the ordeal is over and I do know that if something doesn't go right with an AC Gears product, they'll work with you until it's better.

I've revised my review in light of the really great customer service that Gian provided to me throughout the course of my order. I had a hiccup with shipping time and an incomplete order, but Gian reached out to rectify it and went above and beyond to help get things sorted out.

In light of the customer service I received, I'd in all likelihood order from AC Gears again (they got cool stuff!)

Three stars solely due to customer service. Every time I ask about my order I get a prompt response and apology. So that earns them that. Also some of it was the company they were dealing with, so definitely not all their fault. I have ordered a swell bottle from them that was out of stock in January. It is currently August and I have not received the merchandise. They kept asking if I wanted another style, but I want the one I ordered, so I decided to wait. And here we are my payment taken and no product received. I should have just ordered from the manufacturer, because I still am awaiting my paid for goods. At this point it's just comical, and a joke at my household on how long it takes and if I will ever receive what I paid for.

Purchased a 3doodler for my daughter on February 28th that was supposed to be shipped out in the middle of April. Didn't receive any calls/emails stating the item was shipped with a tracking number. At time of checkout, I was informed I would. Never happened. On May 5th/6th decided I would have to follow up since the item was still not received. Customer service rep apologized for the delay and said they would include an additional item to make up for the delay. Finally received the item and NO additional item as promised at the end of May. At this point I was just happy to have received what I payed for. Horrible experience and lack of communication from this company.
