I use Accordium for work, so I was frustrated when I found that there was a bug in my dashboard that made all of my contracts and processes disappear. I couldn't even upload new documents.
I wrote on the chat with Dan who asked me some questions about the error. After chatting for a bit, he brought in the whole team to figure out what was wrong. Even gave me a couple personal phone calls in order to walk through the fix.
The conclusion was that this was not a bug in the system, but only on my dashboard. I was the only one affected by this, but they still got the whole team working to fix it. They were sending me updates throughout the day and after an afternoon of working on the backend, I got an email that it was fixed. All my processes were restored and working fine!
Their customer service is the same quality that my company works to offer our clients.
