DO NOT waste your time! This is the worst experience I have ever had in trying to purchase a little printer.($243.49)When it finally arrived I didn't want to touch it. It appears to have been gotten out of the garbage.
When I called 800-844-0962 to request a refund, they told me to email pictures to [email protected], and to CC: [email protected] I called Dave to confirm that they had received my email. Dave called me back (SURPRISE)to request that I resend… Now that I have confirmed they are VERY FLAKY from other reviews under ACE Office Machines I will in fact dispute the charge. PLEASE learn from my mistake.
