I sent a lamp that is still not delivered. said that I would take a month but I still have not received it. I've been waiting for two months

This is a fraudulent store. This was confirmed by other reviews in other sites.

The infinity lamp I ordered did not arrive.I tried complaining with the bank but since the transaction happened last 3 February 2018 or more than 120 days now, they said that they can no longer dispute the transaction. The bank did not consider the fact that it took a long time for me to dispute since they kept on promising that they will make the refund or deliver the product. The last promise to refund was July 17 2018 only. It was only after the last promise that I filed a dispute form.

I tried filing a complaint with shopify since it uses their platform but shopify said that they cannot regulate the transaction of their stores.
If shopify could not even suggest to its stores to settle the issue what can it do to at least protect the customers that buy from the individual stores using your platform?

Shopify compareed itself to a Mall while the stores as its tenants.
The analogy of shopify to a mall is misplaced. Malls have actual real people selling in the stores unlike on line stores which don't have actual people with whom we can air our concerns. Aceroix stopped responding to my messages. They do not even have a physical address.. I do not even have a way to know under what jurisdiction their office is if I would want to file a legal action.

I am planning to file a legal action against Aceroix. I hope Shopify could at least relay my concern to Aceroix lest Shopify be dragged to this issue

It was not clear when I ordered that the package would come from China. The package was labelled for contents or value which meant it was held for inspection for import tax. I had to therefor pay the handling costs in addition to the 21% tax amounting to an extra 鈧?0. I never would have ordered it if I knew this would be the case.

The quality of the backpack is adequate.

One arrived and the other a week later.
When I asked for help to track down the late package, the response was immediate. When I opened the package, it was beaten up and I received an immediate response. The packaging was so good that the unit survived is delivery and works fantastically…
Thank you for providing a product that not only looks great, works well but I love.

Good packaging, nice product.

BUT
The deducted the amount (numerical) in euro (stronger currency) instead usd as quoted in the website. 4 weeks and still waiting for an answer.

Order delivery is split and each box unfortunately attracts customs and duties.

The one light was send without the base to fix it to ceiling. Also still waiting for the remaining incomplete part. 5 weeks later, with no tracking number.

After sales is is very poor.

I've bought 2 lamps on Feb 12th. It's Apr 16th and so far I've only received 1 item.
Customer care is a joke, always void replies with 0 detail.
Item arrived with many visible imperfections.
I'm still waiting and hoping for the second item to arrive but at this point I've simply accepted the fact that it's very likely this never comes to happen.
So overall what can be said? I paid for something I didn't get, got poorly treated by customer care and deceived regarding freight timings.
Do not trust ACEROIX !!!!!

I receive the bag safely and quite fast enough arrived to Jakarta, Indonesia.

Good quality of product as I expected and as I seen on Instagram/Web.

The minor only at USB jack for charging (located on the side), which difficult to plug-in the cables, and have to push inside the bag to make this USB jack to come-out and can be plug-in.

I bought two lamps and they sent me two monte later.
One of this is ok and the other has dissapeared.

Also I had to pay the importation fee and charges por 24鈧?in Spain more than the original and delivery cost and they dont want to responsabilize about it.

There is a long list of shady business practices Aceroix uses to trick you. Some are unfair and some are downright illegal.

– For e.g., some of their product pages feature fake discounts and fake discount timers to force you into making a rash decision.
– They hide the fact they are in China, so there's an ugly surprise waiting for you when the customs demand import fees.
– They have a fake "discount wheel of fortune" which always wins you 15% discount. The problem is, this discount code is apparently applied in the shopping cart, but when you confirm your payment… OOPS, they forgot to apply it and you're charged the full amount. Contacting support is useless: they said they'd look into it but can only refund me via in store voucher (forcing me to spend more money), which is illegal under EU laws. But no luck, I never got neither my money back, nor the voucher nor even a reply. They just ignore my emails.

To top it all off, the product arrived late and damaged.

Avoid at all costs, you will regret doing business with them!

Do not waist your money or time. Product never got to me,when I enquired ,they said it was sent back to them. I asked for my money back ,but am not getting a response from anyone.

It was brilliant. Tracking was spot on and uptown date all times. Only let down the process was the local postal authority, who took 20 days to transfer the packaged from Johannesburg to Cape Town .

Great purchase!
