Product arrived ok but broke within 1 month of use. Difficult to contact Company because no telephone no. Eventually responded by email to acknowledge problem and with suggestions how to fix it. These did not work. Eventually managed to send it back for repair or replacement. When it returned it stopped working with 2 weekswith exactly the same problem . After sending it back again I eventually heard after 2 months, despite asking for a progress report, that the product never arrived. My mistake was not to send it by registered post. Not withstanding my error, their customer service was appalling and I will never use them again.
