Slow, so slow and thus when they finally put my plethora of paperwork and application to the agreed lender, it鈥檚 out of date

Or they鈥檝e forgotten to ask me for it

Or I have supplied it and it hasn鈥檛 been passed on

And by this time the other papers such as bank statements etc are out of date so we start again

I hoping my very modest home loan will be approved in December. 2021…..

I was contacted today by a customer service officer after partially completing an online query. I told the lady i was a nightshift worker and was trying to sleep. She just kep talking. I terminated the call. I was rung again a few hours later by a different person. Same thing. If you want people to use your company first rule in customer service is Listen!

I had a terrible experience with Lendi. They underquoted the fees. I am currently $2k+ out of pocket. When I asked questions about the fees they were condescending and told me I was 鈥榦ver thinking things鈥?
They promised that the fees would be refunded within 10 days of settlement which was a month ago.
I raised a complaint a month ago, still not resolved. I would highly recommend steering clear of this company.

I鈥檓 not sure how you readers feel about this, but here is a comment I got from one of Lendi鈥檚 home loan specialist just because I couldn鈥檛 reply or call the person back: 鈥淗onestly I dont have that much of time to chase you and call you.鈥?To me, this is a bad customer service. I hope Lendi can do a better job in training their staff.

Same company as Clickloans. Took them months to organise a refinance. Requested the same documents over and over again. Poor communication, didn't keep me informed of anything. Settlement was due to take place on the 16th January, but they didn't manage to obtain the correct payout figure, and made me deposit money into a solicitors account. They then cancelled settlement anyway. Rescheduled settlement for the 19th, but then cancelled it, without consultation or explanation. Rescheduled for the 24th January, but this would have cost me hundreds of dollars more in interest fees from outgoing lender, so I left them a negative review. They then cancelled settlement and withdrew their services. Clearly showing the mentality of these people, unable to handle any criticism even though they fully deserve it. Incompetent, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. Would avoid at all costs.

Absolutely horrible experience . After weeks of paper work , and a load of emails back and forward they come with the best option for Chilli loans or something like that , a private lender !!!. After we ask a few questions on how the lender was selected they "found" a good deal with ING , and told us that their special relationship with ING ensured that they would get us the best deal . ING went around them and told Us they could get us a better deal, they don't work that much with lendi… Weeks pass by, so we went to a mortgage broker , he had the mortgage re-structured and re-financed in 5 days flat…. Lendi more like Scami.

We contacted ACF approximately 3 months ago to help with our mortgages. To date the issue is still not resolved and we have decided to give them the flick. They managed to take an already stressful situation and make it EXTREMELY stressful!! ACF are appalling at customer service, for example, not returning phone calls, not answering emails and continually asking for the same information which we had provided on more than one occasion. ACF do not take any responsibility for their lack of customer care and love to blame anyone or anything else but themselves. BEWARE – stay away from them!

DO NOT RING THEM!!! I have had 17 calls and voicemail messages in 3 days and have rung them 6 times to ask to be removed from their calling list!!! with no success I don't normally leave bad reviews but ENOUGH IS ENOUGH
PS I didn't want to give any stars for my rating but it wouldn't let me post a review unless I gave a minimum of 2 stars

My husband and I applied for a refinance with Lendi after trying to get in contact with our bank manager at NAB for a while without any response. We had initially been advised by NAB that if we go directly through them rather than with a broker, service would be a whole lot faster, rates would be cheaper and there would be overall better communication.

We had started applying for a refinance in end November 2016 and had a lot of difficulties trying to get a response from NAB to see what information they required from us to get the ball rolling. Finally they started getting back to us and our queries mid Jan 2017 but then when we were trying to enquire whether we had provided the correct information they needed to get started the communication stopped and we were passed around from person to person for weeks.

We finally decided to go through Lendi as we had been having such a hard time going directly through the bank and they made the application seem so breezy and fast and we even got a better rate! We had responses straight away, any questions we had regarding the rates we had such prompt responses, and overall service was impeccable!

Next home loan, we will have no questions regarding who to go through and will definitely be using Lendi again and recommending them.

Thank you Harrison and Aimee for all your help as you have both made the process of our refinance such a breeze.

I have enjoyed working with Chris Coombes and the ACF team. Before I met ACF I had been trying to refinance with my bank for over 6 month. Oh my goodness the bank made me think it was a challenging process that wasn't worth their time. And then I thankfully found ACF.

Since I started working with ACF everything has been a breeze. Their online software is easy access, understand and to use, and Chris has been outstanding in his speed of service, knowledge, willingness to help and dedication.

I highly recommend contacting ACF for your finance needs. Their efficiency is backed by knowledge, strong customer service focus and a drive to do the best for their clients.

I had been working diligently all year to get my credit rating in good shape. I knew that my home mortgage was coming to the end of a fixed financial term and I needed to refinance my mortgage with the best deal available with a business that I could trust.
I phoned Australian Credit and Finance to arrange to speak with a Broker.
I was lucky enough to be working with a Broker called Liam.
The great thing about working with Liam is that not only has he got a fantastic product knowledge which allowed me to save close to $1000 per month on my mortgage but he is also an excellent communicator. He is polite, efficient, professional, friendly, helpful, reliable, focused and hard working.
Id have to say the best part about working with Liam is how promptly he gets back to me if I call or leave an email. That's what I call
" Exceedingly Excellent Customer Service ". I appreciate all the help that I have been given by Australian Credit and Finance and I would be happy to recommend this business to all my family and friends.

I search through website and found Australian Credit Finance as one of the top rating for home loans and refinancing. I gave it a try by putting my details and James Blanche contacted me the same day regarding my enquiry.

I did a home refinance with the help from James Blanche of ACF and received an exception customer service. From the initial contact to gathering required documents, then property valuation, approval and finally settlement – these all happens smoothly with the help of James coordinating everything in the background.

I could not stress more how happy I am with the service and results. The whole process is beyond my expectations. I definitely recommend ACF to anyone, specifically with James Blanche as the consultant.

Although there were initially a few unforseen hurdles and obstacles along the way, my wife and I were very well looked after, and ACF linked us up to some fantastic rates and options with a Major Lender, that generally were not available on the table had we walked into a bank from off the street. A job well done, and now saving us hundreds of dollars each month.

James B was our consultant. He's a super hard worker! Given our unique situation and the speed in which we needed to get into gear for an auction, James working over the Easter long weekend to liaise with the required people to ensure that we had all our ducks lined up. With being unsuccessful with the auction James continued his support until we were ready to purchase our perfect home. Little repeat in supplying documents but its was good to know that he was doing a thorough job and what it takes to ensure we got what we needed as fast as possible. Thanks so much James

From the moment Ben answered my initial online enquiry he has been an absolute gem and made the entire refinancing process as seamless as he could. He would answer every call and was always quick to answer any of my questions that came up. If all the loans people were like Ben the thought of refinancing would not be so daunting. I can't thank him enough for taking all my phone calls and being the middle man for me in some cases. I will be recommending the him to everyone I know. Give the man a raise cuz he is worth every penny!!
