NEVER EVER use this company!! Site gives impression it is UK based, only becomes apparent stuff comes from China after checkout! Ordered a charger for my Bose, does not fit, very slow responding to emails, they want me to pay for postage to return to China, PayPal will not help until I return the wrong item they sent out!
Have to now go to my bank to get a chargeback raised to see if I can get my money back that way.
Absolute sham of a company!

I ordered a charger for my daughters laptop. A-Charger sent the WRONG charger. I emailed them three times to ask to return and swap for the correct charger. No response at all. I used paypal to purchase this, had to use them to chase this company. They now expect me to send it back to them in CHINA (their head office) at my expense. Personally I will never ever trust this company again. I will also look at who I am paying and ensure that their head off is in Europe. A terrible experience that could and should be a lot better.

Not only are the items sold by this company fake and not original as they claim, they are also dangerous.
A little over a year of using the laptop charger they sent, a noticed a burning smell. The connectors had been getting so hot that they started to get fried.
I contacted the company immediately in regards to the danger of this, as asking for a refund (EU law states two years minimum warranty) and there response completely ignored their responsibility. They replied: 'We are sorry for that. 1 year warranty.' which I found incredibly unprofessional. Not only are they selling fakes, they take no ownership for what could have been a serious fire hazard and refuse to follow the law.
I can't recommend anything but avoiding this company.

Do not use this company under any circumstances. The goods you receive are not genuine or the same as the image on their website. I have contacted the company via email on various occasions to ask for a refund and the response you get is to send a picture of the item. I have sent images and they continue to ignore any further emails I send and no refund materialises.

As a charger, it's good value, and has brought several of my old laptops to life again. It works fine, doesn't appear to get too hot, and has a cornered connection so the cable is less vulnerable to being bent & broken.Absolutely no reason not to recommend this, and it's not expensive.

I ordered two chargers for Bose SoundDeck. They arrived and the plugs on the docking station side don't fit. I sent photos twice at their request. They said no problem and said a refund would arrive in the next 3-5 days. I said I did not want a refund I wanted the relevant charger. They have have never responded since. Sorry i never saw these reviews before purchase. I have also lost my money. As others say the present themselves as a UK company. I made my purchase via Amazon.
DO NOT USE

Fraudulent. Leads you to believe they are uk based but are in China. Says delivery is 5-7 days by Royal Mail even though they know this is impossible. I鈥檝e asked for refund but they keep telling me to wait even though it鈥檚 been nearly 2 months. Need shutting down!!

AVOID! They make themselves out to be a UK business with a UK (i.e. .co.uk) website but they're actually based in Shenzhen. Lithium batteries aren't allowed to be transported by mail so they describe them as "Laptop accessories" on the customers declaration and their no quibble return guarantee is of course worthless as you can't return batteries anyway! AVOID AS YOU WILL OTHERWISE LOSE YOU MONEY JUST AS I HAVE!

Despite having a .co.uk web domain, this is a company operating, and shipping goods from China.

I bought an AC adapter for a Dell 9550 and it arrived reasonably promptly, but my laptop immediately started warning that it may not have sufficient power and required that one of the default settings in BIOS be changed to avoid this warning. However, it looks like genuine Dell kit and worked in a fashion. For 9 months.

Fortunately, I have a colleague with the same laptop so I borrowed his AC adapter to figure out whether it's my laptop at fault. It's not – it's the AC adapter so I contact customer support. Customer support are based in China, and have good English, but are also 7 hours ahead of UK time. However, I have a secret weapon and my toddler means that I'm often able to respond to their 2am email responses within minutes. So why does it take them 24 hours to respond to each one!? I don't think they're trying to support me – it feels like unnecessary delay to providing an RMA number and I'm worried that I'll not receive a replacement. Monty Python would have been proud.

Day 1: I fill out a web-form, describing the problem
Day 2: Can you describe again it not working?
Day 3: Can you take pictures of it not working?
Day 4: Can you take a video of it not working?

I've given up hope of going through the direct channel and will see how I fare with recouping my money through PayPal but I fully expect to be asked if I can create a narrative in the style of an 90s musical and if I can sing the problem next.

–Update–

After measuring the output voltage, and providing photographic proof that the unit was faulty, their support team proposed an entirely pragmatic solution. Instead of shipping the original unit back to China for testing and replacement, I paid a reasonable amount to cover shipping, put the original unit in the recycling bin, and a new one arrived in the post. It's been working happily for a few months now. A happy ending after all.

Dont even bother with them. They lied to me over dispatch dates, giving me 3 in all claiming to be chinese holidays, when I checked up on when the Chinese holidays were they lied about that as well and it arrived in 5 weeks!!!! That's after stating 5-7 days delivery on the website, don't even risk it, really bad company and will never ever buy from them again.

Chinese company with fake reviews on their site. I was stupid not to google reviews on them first.

Their website claims to sell the "original" chargers for different devices but this is a lie, they just send you whatever generic Chinese charger they can get buy on the cheap.

Do not use this Chinese company. They do not understand English and if you need to return goods it will cost you a lot to send back to China. They fail to inform of this on their website.

It鈥檚 a disgrace that PayPal allows them to trade through them.

The website may present as english based, but its not.

It is based in China

I bought a laptop charger, and they advertise genuine, and i paid 拢51

I waited ages for delivery.

Once it arrived, after 2-3 weeks, it stopped recharging

What a waste of money & time
