I have been with this card company for 7yrs and I haven't had a problem unti now. I have several charges on my account that I didn't authorize. I filed a dispute and my claim was denied. I hope they will resolve this issue. I hope this is a good company. I will post another review after a week to let you know what happened

I cancelled my online bank account with Achieve Card. At the time I closed the account because their service over the last four years has been HORRIBLE, I moved. When I closed the account I advised the representative that I moved and to send my remaining balance to my new address and he agreed. I called back to see when and if the my check was mailed out and then is when I was told that they can mail to the address I provided because that is not the address on file and for me to send in my license, ssn, and proof of residence. I advised the representative that I am an identity theft victim but I will send it. At that time I also advised the representative that I do not pay utilities as they are included in my rent. I emailed the items along with my lease and yet they still refuse to send me my money. it has been three months and after calling SEVERAL times a week for three months and getting an attorney and having the attorney communicate with them, they still refuse to send my money to my current address still stating they have to send it to the address they have on file which makes NO sense ESPECIALLY since I no longer live there so why send it there when I have furnished them everything they needed to send me my money.

I NEED MY MONEY! I AM NOT WORKING now with the Coronavirus outbreak and they are stealing my money! My next step[ is to that them to court. I SHOULD NOT have to pay money to get my money back from them but I will do it as I have been advised my attorney he will try again to contact them but it they do not comply we will sue them in small claims court.

Every time I do a Dispute but they always thank I did the transaction when is not true and they always come up with it by 2 days these people would never ever do a review they just think every time you do with this beaut you did it I need help cause so many people then use my account and I can never get my money back

They won't return our stolen money from March. We won the case. The virus has us out of work. We have no money, none. And they keep giving excuses everyday. Customer service is the worst, along with the supervisors. We're reporting Achieve Card to the BBB, and our lawyer will handle the rest. I also found out that once you win the case, regarding your stolen money, they have 10 in which to return your money. It's almost two months and nothing. See ya in court

Got my check on the first they took 29.95 off it said i bought something at one am in a state 2,000 miles from my home call them shut down my card and charged me 10.00 for new card then i bought a pizza the other night got charged 6 dollars for buying it i think bbb of houston should shut them down because when you apply for charges you didnt make the send you papers to feel out and send in to a hoston address got my back address is a fake address

I submitted a dispute on a transaction that I did not make and did not authorize. They would not honor my dispute plus charged me $10.00 for a new card. When I called them all I got was a run around. And my account info is messed up so I can't even access my account

I WENT TO AN ATM TO GET SOME MONEY OFF MY CARD AN THE ATM MACHINE
DID NOT GIVE IT THE ATM MACHINE WAS BROKEN, I REPORTED IT TO ACHIEVE CARD AND THE BANK THAT OWNED THE ATM MACHINE THEY ARE WILLING TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK BUT ACHIEVE CARD SAYS THEY WILL RETURN MY MONEY IN 45 DAYS THIS IS MY BILLE MONEY I KEEP TELLING THEM THAT, ALL THEY CAN SAY IS THEY ARE SORRY BUT REFUSE TO RETURN MY MONEY

Horrible. Customer service is abysmal. I had an unauthorized charge on my debit card. I called to let them know and they told me I had to immediately cancel my card, and they would issue me a new one. The new one would take at least seven business days to get to me.I said I couldn't go that long without access to my money because I needed to pay my rent and other bills. I said don't cancel my card, I'll call the company and then call you back. The customer service rep refused and said no,I had to cancel my card immediately and I had said I had an unauthorized charge on a taped line, so I had no other choice. He said, for $25 fee they could express the card to me, and I would get it in 2 to 3 days. Which is still a long time if you ask me, but I agreed.
I then called the company that had taken the money myself, told them I had disputed the charge, and they immediately refunded the money. Apparently, disputing the charge to your credit card company is a big deal. It's too late because my account is canceled and I'm stuck waiting for this card. It's the week of the 4th of July so there's a delay. UPS loses the express package, of course. I don't receive my card until 7 days later. By now, my rent is late, I've incurred a late charge on that. I've wasted my days off for the vacation because I can't go anywhere and have no cash. I called Achieve card several times to alert them that the card had not gotten to me in 2 to 3 business days. I let them know about the incredible inconvenience and that I had asked them to wait to cancel the card initially. Their response to me was, they had done what they were supposed to do on their end, so, to paraphrase, it sucks to be me. They wouldn't refund the $25 to expedite the card. They really have no concept of customer service. Seriously. Not one drop. I told them I had been a customer for 10 years. They didn't care. I told them that when I got my card I was going to clean out my account and close it. The service rep actually asked me what they had done that was so bad that I would do that. I relayed the story that I just told you. His response was, oh I see.
Apparently Achieve card has so many customers that they don't need to do anything to keep them, or get new ones. Their monthly fees are high, at 9.95 a month. Their ATM fees are high at 2.25 a use, and they have no other benefits. If you need a prepaid credit card there are lots of other cards out there that offer all kinds of benefits. I know because I've researched them and I'm going with them.
Thanks for nothing Achieve card. At this rate, you'll be out of business soon.

I was with this company for years, and had no issues till up to this point. MY ACCOUNT WAS HACKED AND INFORMATION WAS STOLEN, SOMEONE CHANGED MY PIN NUMBER AND MY PASSWORD TO MY ONLINE ACCOUNT. WHEN MY CHECK DEPOSITED I WENT TO ATM AND TRIED TO WITHDRAW MONEY AND MY PIN WAS ALREADY CHANGED, SO I WENT TO MY CAR AND GOT ONLINE AND CHANGED MY PIN AGAIN, BY THIS TIME MY CARD STILL DID NOT WORK BECAUSE OF THE WRONG PIN BEING USED TO MANY TIMES. SO THE NEXT MORNING I CALLED THE COMPANY AS SOON AS THEY OPENED AND THEY TOLD ME I HAD ALREADY USED MY CARD AND I HAD ONE MORE TIME FOR THAT DAY TO USE MY CARD. I EXPLAINED TO THEM I DID NOT USE MY CARD ANY THAT MORNING AND I NEEDED TO CHANGE MY PIN, SO THEY INFORMED ME TO CHANGE MY PIN, AND I DID AND HAD TO HURRY AND LEAVE WORK TO WITHDRAW MY CASH OFF MY CARD, BECAUSE SOMEONE WAS OBVISOULY CHANGING MY NUMBER. THE ATM ONLY LET ME TAKE OFF 600 AND I HAD 148 LEFT AND COULD NOT GET ANYMORE DUE TO EXCEEDING MY LIMIT FOR THAT DAY. SO THE NEXT MORNING I TRIED TO USE MY CARD MY PIN WAS CHANGED AGAIN, AND I WAS LEFT WITH ONLY 5 DOLLARS, AND I TRIED TO LOGIN INTO MY ONLINE ACCOUNT AND MY PASSWORD WAS CHANGED SO I HAD NO WAY OF GETTING INTO MY ACCOUNT. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING MY PASSWORD WAS CHANGED THAT NIGHT AND IF I DID NOT MAKE THAT CHANGE TO CONTACT THE COMPANY, SO I SENT THE COMPANY AN EMAIL AT THAT TIME BECAUSE AT THAT POINT I KNEW MY ACCOUNT WAS HACKED. I WENT TO THE ATM THAT MORNING AND MY PIN WAS CHANGED AGAIN . I WENT TO WORK CALLED THE CARD CHANGED MY PIN AGAIN SO I COULD GET INTO MY ACCOUNT AND MY BALANCE WAS 5. I CALLED THE COMANY AND FILED AN DISPUTE ON THE 2ND OF AUGUST FOR MY 100 THAT SOMEONE HAD TRANSFERED FROM MY ACCOUNT TO THEIR ACCOUNT, I HAD THE PAPERS FAXED OVER ASAP, FILLED THEM OUT AND FAXED THEM BACK, I CALLED EVERY DAY FOR AN UPDATE. AND WAS TOLD I COULD NOT TALK TO THE DISPUTE TEAM. ON THE 15TH OF AUGUST I CALLED AND THEY TOLD ME MY DISPUTE WAS DENIED AND I HAD TO WAIT FOR A LETTER IN THE MAIL TELLING ME WHY. I ASKED THE GUY WHY DID I HAVE TO WAIT WHEN I HAD HIM ON THE PHONE AND HE COULD JUST TELL ME AND HE SAID WHEN I GET THE LETTER AND IF I HAVE ANY QUESTIONS TO CONTACT THEM BACK. THIS IS THE VERY REASON WHY HACKERS GET AWAY WITH THE WRONG THEY DO AND PEOPL LIKE ME SUFFER. I HAVE 6 KIDS 2 GRANDCHILDEREN AND WORK 7 DAYS A WEEK. 100 IS NOT A LOT OF MONEY TO SOME WHEN A PERSON IS A SINGLE MOTHER AND TAKING CARE OF HER KIDS THE BEST WAY THEY CAN THEN IT IS VERY MUCH SO A LOT OF MONEY. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I HAVE SWITHCED TO CHIME AND I LOVE THEIR CARD. THANKS AND I HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE. THIS COMPANY HAVE INSIDE HACKERS AND SCAMMERS.

My card was hacked and funds stolen over a month ago. They approved my dispute and placed my funds back onto the card they told me to dispose of, then the supposedly closed account was hacked again and my funds taken a second time by the same person. Now I fold second dispute they approve it and assure me a paper check will be issued. A month later no check and can't speak to a manager

My card was compromised on Sunday June 30th when I was immediately notified from The Establishment I was at like that my card was declined I called AchieveCard but they were closed on Monday morning I called AchieveCard and filed a claim I submitted customer statement of dispute transaction form to them on July 3rd I followed up on that Friday the 5th Monday the 8th and every day since except on Sunday today is July 15th I have spoken to customer service and they have informed me that they never received my dispute transaction form which I have the FAX confirmation 4 not only that I have been in communication with achieve card like I said almost every day that they're open to three times a day not only for this matter but because I've also been trying to obtain the money that I have left on my achieve card I was sick on July 9th and admitted to the hospital with pneumonia even on my hospital bed I was making phone calls to AchieveCard because I was also in the process of moving and needed access to my funds upon my discharge but AchieveCard representative stated that I will be able to withdraw $1, 000 at a bank teller using the debit option and that I can use my ATM to obtain $500 out of my account using two transactions one for $300 and the other for the remaining balance of $200 which I was able to do I was able to withdraw $300 out of one ATM and then another $300 out of the ATM which made me reach my daily limit for ATM transactions. However I was told I can go to the teller inside any Bank I attempted to do so I went to Wells Fargo Bank of America Citibank Chase Bank of the West Golden 1 Credit Union US Bank I even attempted to go to Walmart Money Center all the banks stated that they do not have debit option for cash advancements that they have to run it as it comes up which is as a credit so I was not able to withdraw out $1, 000 in which I had needed at the time I had to wait the next day to take out another $600 I have nickel-and-dime my account in order to get all the money out and every time I do it has cost me $3 for the ATM transaction and $2.25 charge from achieve card for the ATM transactions this entire situation has been unfair unprofessional and I feel like I've been a victim multiple times within this case. AchieveCard used to be a really great company I have been with this company for over 6 years maybe even the last 8 years and I never had so many problems I would like to put together a class action lawsuit if anybody is interested in doing so with me let's connect and make this happen because there are a lot of unfair things happening here and we are being charged for it and they need to pay for the stress the financial hardship as calls for me and my children and I'm sure a lot of other people as well

I had an unauthorized payment and then they shut my card down. Which is fine. But when they said you will get the remainder of my balance in 14 business days it never showed up now I have to wait another 14 business days!!!! WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT GET THIS CARD!!!!!!!!! YOU WILL FRIKKIN REGRET IT I PROMISE YOU!!!!!!!

I have had the card for about 8 years and have not had much of a problem with it.. I usually get my deposits 2-4 days early with no problem.. It only charges .95 if you use it as debit so i would recommend always using as credit!! And a plus about it is if you use it at the atm they tell you too on the 2nd of every month they credit your account back all the atm fees you used the prior month. The only problem is there is a monthly maintenance fee of 9.95 taken out on the 10th of every month.. But due to always getting my checks early and getting credited the atm fees back, Im willing to accept the minor inconvenience…

Expecting a direct deposit and they close my card. Say they can't reopen it. They rejected my deposit and refuse to let me speak to a supervisor. Now I have to wait 5 weeks for a paper check. Rude customer service. If Karma is real, bankrupt they will be.

I added money just to book a hotel and rental. Someone else tried to book plane tickets. I didn't know that when i called to find out why $1 was debited and by who. They locked my card before i could tell them what i wanted to do. Then despite being out of town and needing my money for everything (food gas ect) they tell me i have to pay $29.99 and wait 3days for a new card because when i signed up i agreed to this. This is not how Visa is supposed to work from any company. They are saying because i choose their card i agreed to pay for fraud and have my family stranded and hungry for 3 days at a charge of $29.90! Is there a class action i can join or can we start one?

I have had this card for a year and a half. I DO get my deposits early my company payday is monday and I usually get mine on Thurs Night around 830 or so. Sometimes tho it doesnt come until early Fri morning. I don't like the inconsistency but for the most part they are ok. I like being able to transfer from card to card but I DO NOT like paying 0.95 cents everytime I use it. Other than that they are ok as long as they put my money on there I am good no problems yet just need to eliminate those extra fees!

This company charges you so much for everything. Yes you get your paycheck quicker but when you call to ask a question they just repeat the same answers over and over. I'm sorry iblah blah blah. I'm sorry bllah blah blah. So I say get me your supervisor over and over again so that he would get it. my son thought that was so funny, They took away the points system and never let anyone know unless you look at their website which was almost impossible to get onto so I stopped using it. Never got a letter. I had not used any of my points so I had millions racked u p. But will they compensate for that noooo. with they fix charges on your card? No they will only apologize and tell you to figure it out. This is the worst card I have ever ever ever had and I will never use them again. ABSOLUTELY NO HELP WHEN NEEDED JUST RAMBLINGS OF THE SAME THINGS OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

The customer sucks big time. My direct deposit was supposed to load to my account today. And it never did. I went to my job and my boss called the payroll company right in front of me. I have my pay stub. Butwhere the hell is my funds. I hate this card.

They say you get you payday two days earlier is a LIE !!!! And you never know when are what time you will get paid …Any day they decided to work and load your pay …This is the most frustrated crap I've ever seen there is no consistency at all not even close … literally any day of the week any time of the week …I will be changing services these people have lost a customer and the fees are ridiculously high and frankly I don't trust them ….I recommend a regular bank card or net spend or even Wallmart…As I type this I'm still waiting on my pay check going on twos days late …I had to pawn something today because of the inconsistency of this company just to get food and gas …Do not use this service…
