I had a service call 2/11/2021 for a motion sensor that was going off by the entry door while the alarm was armed. The technician Justin was professional and knowledgeable with an alternative solution. He made me comfortable to the understanding of replacing the sensor since it was an old model. Great Service

But the system should recorded it.) about scheduling a tech to come out checking on my system why it delayed in notify them after the alarm went off. But it's over a day by now without any call back. 2 no-shows by Ackerman technicians. An offer of a free month of service by Ackerman phone support to compensate for a huge waste of our time that has yet to be granted. Very disappointing!

My alarm started beeping at 1:23am Sunday morning. This continued for 5 days with erratic alarm episodes day and night and approximately 10 phone calls to Ackerman with me begging for help. I was told the next appointment was available in a little over 2 weeks.
I鈥檓 a senior woman living alone. There was no rush to assist me. They finally arranged to come after 5 days to repair the system. I鈥檓 totally exhausted mentally and physically. I chose Ackerman because they are a local company and they used to have excellent customer service. Not anymore. Now even if you have an alarm episode the response is an automated voice message. UNBELIEVABLE !!!!!!!!!
