I had a timeshare for only a month and didn't even use it at all, but i realize this is a bad choice that i made. So i came to this company to have them cancel my timeshare, they charged $1,800 for the service. The next day i just had a feeling that this is not right, called them back multiple times but no answer. So i contacted my bank, explained and luckily the bank refunded after a week. A week later this company file for bankruptcy. This happened more than a year ago.
I decided to deal with the timeshare company myself and make clear that i will not pay another penny (worst thing gonna happen? bad credit? who cares. it's better than giving your hard earn money away).
All you have to do is contact your timeshare and let them know. The company will try many different strategies to give you this and that or threaten foreclosure. But believe me no timeshare company will sue you, this will cost them time and money and they will not do it. Instead they will do Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure, and this is how other law firm will get you out of the timeshare as well. Nothing will happens.
Hope this helps anyone that got in this situation and want a way out.

This company is a complete rip off. We signed a contact February 28, 2018 and paid them $2900.00 to find out in September 2018 that they had filled bankruptcy. We live in Kentucky and had no way of knowing we needed to file a claim with the bankruptcy court in Florida. We only found out by coincidence that my husband found out about AConsumer Credit 鈥榮 bankruptcy on the Internet . How would we know we never received any notification of any kind. We were badly burned by them.

Oh my God! i have just read the review about the company going bankrupt I have heard nothing from the company since I paid them 拢1700 in early 2018 despite emails and phone calls which go unanswered.

I am now in debt to the timeshare company.

Awful ripoff. Signed up with them in August of 2017 hoping for a resolution to the timeshare I was in. One year passed with them slowly decreasing their communication, then all of the sudden they were bankrupt. Now I've defaulted on payments for 20 months and no idea how to get out of this situation. So much for "money back guarantee".

I was strung along for a year before I received e-mail referring me to send all materials to a bankruptcy e-mail address. They did absolutely nothing but take my money. All the money back guarantee documents they sent isn't worth a DAMN!

I was ripped off as well. I should have been in the last few steps to getting rid of the timeshare. I called to get an update only to find out they had filed bankruptcy. Now all I get when I call is a message saying the mailbox is full. I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB

ZERO STAR…. OMG today I just found out I was scam when I went to fax the bills I have been getting from my time share. People listen this is what I did.
1. Call your BANK n explain to the bank what this so call lawyer did to you. An investigation is going to open up n give the so call lawyer name. They might try to get ur money back.
2. Get a new debit card , how ever u paid this Jerk.
3. Go to the Better BUSSINESS Burea n file a complaint.
4. I鈥檓 going to find out more information n post on this site to help u guys. It鈥檚 not fair how this person could do this to so many honest people. Now in these days u can鈥檛 trust a LAWYER. I鈥檓 going to look at the bar association n file a complaint.

I signed up with them in April of this year also paid over $2,000.
I will to go in with anyone filing a class action lawsuit, against the company
and lawyer. He is practicing in Florida. Just look his name up.

I would not even give 1 star, if anyone went to their florida office before and knows someone from their staff we should rip them off. TOTAL SCAM. My 2400$ gone.

Get this I called today to find out what was going on with our case after an email came back telling me they are in bankruptcy I spoke with a Kevin Miller who told me that in order to get my money back from this company I had to pay them anther 800.00 when I said there was no way he dropped it to 400.00 dollars and told me I would get a certificate check by the next day of my refund. No way they should take the money out and send me my check if that鈥檚 how they want to play this game oh and I was told if I did that I was out of my contract with my time share but I still got papers from a bankruptcy attorney in FL. Can someone please help

Just like hundreds of other people, they've managed to scam me too. I paid them of $2000 over 6 months ago for nothing but lies and empty promises. I was told to stop paying my yearly maintenance and they'd take care of the rest. They did NOTHING! My timeshare is going through a foreclosure and I'm sure my credit will be ruined. This is a horrible company. Can't we all do something about it and get our money back?

UPDATE folks. US Bankruptcy Court Middle District of Florida Bankruptcy case # 6:18-BK-05448-KSJ. Meeting of creditors 10/19/2018 at 9am. If your name is not on the list, get your name on the list. You can also look to channel 6 news WKMG, there is a video for schemes and rip-offs about this company. Get your name in on the bankruptcy. If you live locally go to the meeting downtown Orlando 400 Washington Room 1203 Orlando.

I too was scammed by these vermin. Public records show Michael Saracco (attorney in Cocoa Beach, Fl) as principal attorney for this still active company. I suggest everyone contact Fl state attorneys office and file online complaint. I am also reviewing him on every site possible for the lowlife he is. You can also call Florida State Bar and file complaint. I intend to cause him as much trouble as he has caused me!

This company has taken my money and for over two months I have called only to get the same message that the answering machine is full and can not accept messages. I have e-mailed texted and have receive no response from them during this period

The worst company ever!
We started a case with him a year ago and always had to call multiple times to even get somebody on the phone. They told us they are on all cases and walking with them directly and will update us with news. We spent so much money with them and I鈥檒l case is still not solved and now they are bankrupt. TJ Moore sold us into a contract making us believe that this company can help us and solve this case easily and effortlessly. Now his mailbox is full constantly and we can鈥檛 even reach him to get answers.What a scam. What do we do now? I don鈥檛 even know where to start.

We contracted with Aconsumer Credit in September 2016 to get out of our Westgate Timeshare. I did receive responses back from Devin Andrews acknowledging receipt of documentation we sent with an explanation that the cancellation process takes time. We received a Notice of Intent to foreclosure and got the same explanation from Devin Andrews, its part of the process of cancellation and just wait. Now we received a Certificate of Sale for a non-judicial foreclosure proceeding where Westgate bought their own property back for $100.00. I emailed Aconsumer Credit and find out they have filed Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. What do we do now? Anyone have any suggestions?

I wished that you could leave 0 stars because they do not even deserve 1 star. I lost my job, and could not pay the timeshare mortgage, and fees, and gave them my last 2500.00 to try to get me out of the timeshare. I cannot believe that someone could be so ruthless, and take advantage of vulnerable people at such a vulnerable time. These people should be in jail. I paid them in full in Jan 2018, and have gotten nothing but empty excuses, when you can get in touch with them, since then. I really need my money back, but don't know where to go from here because I dont want to be scammed again. I was violated pretty bad by the timeshare company, but totally violated by this company. This is a disgrace!

This company, ACONSUMERCREDIT has recently filed bankruptcy under Ch 11. I called a number listed on the business alert and it is them. However, the attorney has left, the contact people left and this person I spoke with wanted $800 now to finalize my case. When I said "no", this was not part of the original contract, he hung up. This is a bad company.

Same issue as everyone else. I call and get nothing but an answering machine. All emails I send they bounce back. Not sure what to do at this point, but im assuming my money is gone!!! Aconsumercredit does not do what they say they will do. Any update would be great, other than these things take time.

I am having the same issues described by others. I hired this company about a year ago. When I called this summer, I was given August 17 as a settlement date. I have called, e-mailed and no response. I am in panic mode at this point and just so disgusted

They got my money $2250.00. September 2016 and 2 years later still nothing has been done. I called attorney Michael Saracco # (321) 505-7542. Whom was a representative for my Westgate canceling and his office said he no longer work with Aconsumercredit LLC. They do not pick up call, only answering machine says mailbox is full and can't take any call. 鈥? (800) 611-0631鈥?鈥? (386) 301-4293鈥?鈥? (800) 587-3948鈥? Anyone have any ideas how to file a lawsuit?
