I was approached by Acorn to complete an interim inspection of my flat during COVID-19. They asked me to fill in some questions and take at least 2 photographs of each room and email these to them as they could not attend due to restrictions. I responded to the questions and diligently took 4 photos of each room, labelled them appropriately, and emailed them. I have never received a confirmation of receipt, nevermind thanking me for doing their job!
