Over two months now and we still have no sign for our front door. Bought a wowcher voucher to purchase a front door sign. It all looked promising saying it was dispatched. One month later and they still weren鈥檛 acknowledging my emails and questions via their contact us section on their website.
Eventually hear from the customer services manager and a sign is sent. It鈥檚 of such poor quality we cannot actually fix it to the wall. The holes are drilled so squint and the writing printed squint too.
A month later and our door sign finally arrived. We had to adjust holes drilled in order for it to be hung straight but it will do.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole. Empty promises time after time, appalling customer service and they take an absolute age to reply to you.

I ordered a sign that never turned up even thoigh they had my money. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of these cowboys, they won't give a damn about you. I am so annoyed with their service I will be contacting Watchdog.

One star is way too generous, if there's any justice this company will cease trading, and soon.

I can honestly say this is the worst company i have ever dealt with. To be fair i don't know how they are still in business. Signs ordered 2 months ago and still no signs. Tried numerous of times to get answers and nothing. I got in touch with living social and advised to stop advertising their goods and they are investigating the matter. Next stop consumer rights. Companies like this need to be highlighted. If you are not able to handle the orders then don't take them. Avoid Avoid Avoid at all cost.

I ordered my sign through Woucher thinking that I have got a bargain. So I got the voucher ordered my sign paid postage I have been in contact with them and Woucher 3 times asking where my sign Acrylic signs said they had sent it (RUBBISH) It's just a load of lies do not buy from or trust this company.

Do not use this company. Have been waiting 1 month for my item. Customer service is appalling. Seriously considering reporting to Trading Standards as I am really doubting that I will ever receive this item.

Absolutely terrible service. I bought two vouchers from Living Social to purchase two house signs as gifts. We're over 6 weeks since ordering when the T&C's specify that the items will be received within 7-10 working days. I've sent numerous emails to customer services and Luke White has been nothing short of feckless. He has constantly asked me to repeat my address/order number/voucher number etc and changed the goal posts regarding delivery timeframes. Finally, apparently both items (in separate packages) were lost by Royal Mail. Avoid at all costs!

On placing my order in August I was reassured to receive an email with an order reference and advising a date, approximately a month later, that my order would be "dispatched on or before" by Royal Mail's 48 hour service. I allowed a couple of days grace and then following advice on AcrylicSigns UK's own FAQ page, completed the online contact form enquiring about the delay. The response was slow but I did eventually receive a response from Luke advising that my sign had been sent and that I must allow 15 working days before it could be classified as missing. On attempting to clarify when this 15 days started from, Luke then changed his mind and said my sign had been missing for 15 days already and following multiple emails, Luke offered to dispatch a new one which all seemed very suspicious. Having paid in full I advised Luke that I expected to receive my sign in perfect condition within one week and to let me know immediately if my expectation could not be met. I finally received my house sign within 5 days, over 3 weeks late but I have to say I am very pleased with the product, although need to see how it's going to weather. It's just such a shame that it was such a poor experience and there is no phone number to contact the company leaving me, the customer feeling frustrated and annoyed. I would like to order a sign for my mother in law as a gift but it's not worth the hassle. 4/5 for the product; 2/5 for the service

Do not use this company!
The delivery date given was a month after the order. Two months later we don't have the sign and they ignore all e-mails.
They will take payment and not deliver. Beware!

Shocking service! Sent damaged sign, ignoring my emails! Now trying to get my money back which i dont think im going to get! Avoid at all costs!!!!!

luke was most helpful I made a mistake re capital letters for my address he has rectified it free of charge and kept me in the loop all along would definitely recommend this company

I had problems completing my order (my fault I think) and the service via email was prompt and helpful, so much so that my order was processed as a priority to ensure I received it without further delay. The quality of the product (house sign) I received is great and I'd certainly recommend.

I ordered a sign from this company for a property abroad and the automatic time given for delivery went over my planned departure date. I sent an email asking if they could put an umlaut over a letter (that I couldn't insert on my UK keyboard) and if they could get me the sign before I left.
They did both of these and dispatched the good-looking sign very promptly.
Would thoroughly recommend! Thanks!
