My gym closes at iregular times stopping me from actually using the service ive paid for and this was in existence before corona times so this is not an excuse.
Telephone customer service staff and systems are rude and unhelpful, even when basic questions are being asked such as why have extra charges been place on my account that they will then no explain or attempt to find out more information about.
Using the online account and on telephone my details or payment, address and contact details have failed to be updated for 8 months now. I've been charged for auto giro's that are not in effect and given late fees when no bill has been sent to my address. Which i have then called up about and the same thing has happen on 3 other ocassions.
If i was going to say one good thing about the gym is that there is a very helpful team member at the gym i go to in kalmar (Benjammin) but thats it.
Service is horrible. Extememly do not recommend
