I ordered a replacement padding for my trampoline through action spares after accidentally ordering the wrong size/brand from another online retailer. I told the customer service representative What happened and that I needed to order the correct size for my trampoline. I gave her the measurements and She confirmed my Trampoline size and proceeded to be lace the order.

When I received it, it was too small. I called to ask what had happened and was spoken to so rudely by the team member, I could not believe my ears! She blamed me for giving her the wrong information even after I specifically gave her the measurements. The conversation went around in circles and I eventually agreed to send the product back at my own expense ($35)!

I got off the call feeling angry and disappointed at the absolutely rude and awful behaviour of the staff member, Elyse.

Honestly, save your money or shop elsewhere, these people have no care for their customers and zero customer service skills.

I wouldn鈥檛 even give this experience 1 star!

I had to deal with this company due to my Balance Board (yes, i bought one..simply cool af), suddenly decide to stop working. One phone call and 5 mins later, I had a REPLY PAID address sent to my email. All I had to do was simply attach said address and drop off at my nearest Post Office. 7 days later, Scooter was received, repaired and on its merry way back WITH TRACKING! And still no charge to me. Lady I spoke with was very polite and extremely helpful (thanks Ash)! Would gladly deal with again! Top marks for everything this company!
