Worst customer service ever.

Active utilities wrongly disconnected the power in my apartment. At this moment, it has been 10hrs and after 7 phone calls, still no result. Its extremely unacceptable and inefficient! We're as occupants dont have no other choice of provider. Unbelievable! I'm totally freezing and getting a cold, and have to throw hundreds dollars worth of food in my fridge!

I highly recommend Active Utilities. Our NBN was up and working so quickly, and they offered great support service to us through the whole process.

We moved into a new apartment complex and were able to get our Active Utilities NBN connected up and going on the same day. Even got a follow up call. Brilliant service!
