Fraud company, I had moved into new house without WIFI and engineers on the day promised to just call back whenever WIFI was available to review the footage on your mobile. When I called back well within a year. An advisor wanted to charge 拢79+ VAT to come out to take a look.
There explanation was '' we had to come all the way from Watford ''
Avoid this company at all cost unless you are happy paying additional charges !

The customer service I have received was perfect. I asked for a package of 4 cameras and within 10mins I have received a quote via email. Fantastic team , quick installation. I can鈥檛 complain. I can only recommend these lot. #KeepYourHomeAndCarsSafe

Security is so important in this day and age. I recently had cctv cameras fitted and I was incredibly happy with the product and the level of service. I highly recommend Acura Systems. Acura actually manufacture the cameras as well as install. I'd say they're one of the best in the world as I've done serious research and comparisons. Jayson is a lovely guy too.

The whole process from start to finish was smooth and brilliant! Having dealt with previous CCTV installation companies and providers before, I was very impressed with the different in customer service as well as attention to detail. I was regularly updated on the installation progress and taught about the system as well. After sale service has been brilliant as well, any queries have been dealt with the the most professional and efficient manner.

Superb service, The guys came and got the survey completed, and offered a price within a few hours. Great bit was they gave us a proper tutorial which allowed me to use my system effectively.

We had cctv fitted to our apartment block in January and are still unable to playback any recorded videos the customer service response has been very poor the software they supplied 鈥榮urveillance_client鈥? is difficult to understand and the online manual is very disappointing.

Really not happy with either the product or the service. I was misold the product by Acura System and as a result I had to pay extra for items on 4 different occasions. I had many arguments about what had been agreed, I was sent the incorrect products numerous times. It was months before I actually had what was required and even then it was different to what was discussed at the beginning.

The service was hit and miss, one time they are friendly and approachable, then most other times they can be argumentative and palm you off with poor excuses as well as say that they will call back and didnt.

To this day one year later my system still does not work properly.

1. The picture quality on this so called 4k system is poor, it looks worse than a 1080p camera.
2. The DVR keeps switching off then loses the picture.
3. 50% of the time I can't even connect to the cameras and therefore cannot even see a picture.

I have abbreviated the whole story because I just don't want to waste any more time on it, put bluntly, both the service and the product are well below acceptable.

Now I am looking at an entirely new system because this one just is not fit for purpose.

Within an hour of writing this review, I received this email, says it all (needless to say I don't owe them anything).

"It has been brought to my attention that you are in arrears of 拢117.99.

Please give me a call to arrange payment of this overdue balance, otherwise the matter will be escalated as per our terms & conditions. "
