My unit wasn't Registered with Goodman unit was supposed to have a 10 year warranty unit only had a five year warranty AC wholesalers never registered the product with the main factor after it was sold to me I feel it is very dishonest that they did that to me

Ordered ductless AC on Oct 8, ship date would be Oct 19. received email saying equipment would be delayed.
tried to contact on Oct 19 could not reach anyone in order service department. on hold for 20 minutes, then 27 minutes after which it rang and extension 516 automated answer said mail box full. Online chat did not work either with multiple tries. tried to cancel order by telling the new order department (press 1) I was cancelling order where I was instantly transferred to the non answering customer service. At this point I am cancelling credit card payment. Can't wait an indefinite period of time.

Thieves! Run away from them! Currently have filed a Better Business Bureau claim and about to file a small court claim as they told me to ship the furnace back to them at a Bolingbrook, Illinois location (4 hours away from my house). I own a 3rd party delivery company so i had my driver deliver it. The recipient signed my paperwork stating "all 3 packages received in good condition". This was om 8/12/2020. We are just days away from October and I still dont have anything and they just keep saying they haven t received it and that the location they had me return it to is just their 3rd party company and they have to get confirmation from them before they can refund me. So now i have to go to court with these clowns over an $1,800 order. Senseless, thank goodness my furnace works and this was just an upgrade to get central air otherwise my son and I would be very cold right now as its not even hot here anymore but freezing in the mornings. Filing a claim next week probably will post all evidence on youtube and every other review site for them to ensure nobody else gets hurt by these thieves. I wish it was a way to give negative stars for rating this company that's how sorry they are. Completely unprofessional morons

First of all, do not buy anything that LG makes. All junk from China. Secondly, If you buy a PTAC unit, know that when it quits after a month, it will be your responsibility to find a technician to diagnose the issue. Then send in a form to AC Wholesalers to review to see if they will replace the unit,cover the parts or do anything at all. I hope you don't need a quick resolution as I do, because it's not going to happen. Also, good luck finding an HVAC guy who will even look at a PTAC unit. What a joke warranty.

This is one of the WORST companies to do business with. They are very incompetent. Sales rep will give you any tracking number. Poor customer service, manager doesn't know who to speak to for a refund. The CEO, never reads his emails to assist. Waited for a air conditioner unit that was never shipped. It was verified by the transportation delivery service they never received the unit. An to this day Sept. 24th no REFUND AND NO UNIT.

Price and delivery were good. Little did I know that the unit their sales rep promised me was missing the HEAT COIL…now I have to pay $100+ to get one and wait for it so my AC guy can come back out and charge me another service call fee to install the unit.

I BOUGHT A MITSUBISHI MINI SPLIT FROM THIS SITE. SAID IT WOULD BE SHIPPED IN 5-7 BIZ DAYS. I WAITED AND THEN CHECK…THEY SAID 1 MORE WEEK…I WAITED AND THEN CHECK AND THEN WAS TOLD 2 MORE MONTHS. I CANCELED MY ORDER. IF I DID NOT KEEP CHECKING IN, I'D STILL BE WAITING AS THEY SEND NO UPDATES (ESPECIALLY FOR A 2 MONTH DELAY!) . AWFUL AND NEVER AGAIN! WAIT TIME ON HOLD EVERY TIME YOU CALL WILL BE AT LEAST 30 MINUTES. ONCE, IT WAS CLOSE TO 2.5 HOURS!!!!

Terrible. They told me they had an AC fitting kit in stock. They didn't and just plain lied. I called to chase the order and they still claimed they had it. All lies. Then trying to cancel the order was very difficult. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with they offer low prices because they often screw up orders and then go deaf to the client. This company has a track record of screwing the customer and purchasing through paypal is no protection because paypal is in bed with them. These 2 companies should be banned from operation in this country.

On 11/07/2019 I had installed a brand new 3 1/2 ton Payne AC Condensor made by Carrier installed by a professional AC Service company.
On 08/04/2020 the compressor went out. I hired a certified AC professional to troubleshoot the unit and filled out all the warranty paperwork with AC wholesalers who i bought the unit from online in Nov. of 2019. Acwholesalers said the unit was under their warranty and would contact Carrier to get the price of the part and get it ordered for us.
At firstt it was Acwholesalers fault for being slow. It was always 1-2 business days to get back to us. The emails we sent them always told us to do the steps we did to start the process all over again.
After callinf 5 or 6 times in 2 weeks I asked for the number to contact Carrier to see what the program was. Acwholesalers informed me that they only contacted Carrier by email. I asked for the email address to talk to Carrier. They have not sent the email address yet. I asked to talk to the warranty dept or get their direct email address. They still haven't given either.
The AC went out on Aug. 4th and it is Sept. 4th and still no AC. I am a 73 year old 100% service coneected Disabled Vet. I have double lung cancer and emphysema. I am on blood thinners and oxygen. I need AC to be able to breathe without problems. I have told this to ACWholsalers and still haven't gotten a responce.

I agree with the reviewers re: return efforts. I bought a $1000 propane heat unit 6-8 months ago for my shop which worked well. Unfortunately an accident in the shop not caused by the unit destroyed the unit. I reordered the replacement unit but mistakenly ordered the natural gas variant. Because of Covid I was not able to get a workman out for 2 months who then pointed out my mistake. I immediately called AC, they responded that the 30 day policy was inviolate. I then went on the website and ordered from AC the proper propane replacement unit($1000). Called back and spoke to the highest manager who would talk. In addition the wrong unit was still in original packing and on the pallet and protected. Everyone was polite and said they might extend returns for 1-2 weeks but 1 month was too much. No good reason just too much (even though I had shown good faith in reordering the replacement unit from AC). So just beware when ordering because they definitely are not a cooperative company in these difficult times!!!!! I should have ordered the replacement from a different retailer.
CANCELLED NEW ORDER 24 HRS LATER BUT STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED NOTICE OF CANCELLATION! SOMETHING BAD IS GOING ON WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
AFTER I SUBMITTED THIS AND ASKED THEM AGAIN THEY FINALLY SENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF CANCELLATION!

The LG Mini split is awesome!
AC Wholesalers ads are a little misleading the Accessories list is more like a necessity list.
The plastic line set cover is flimsy and cheap and expensive!
They used a shipper that promised a short delivery truck and a lift gate when the package got to Phoenix they gave it to another shipper that only has Semi and 53' trailers.
Again love the LG Mini Split!!!

Absolute worst company to order from. I have been waiting over a month for my order ACW2519914. getting a hold of anyone takes 3 to 4 hours, just to hear "we are sorry for your inconvenience". No one calls back or addresses my order. They were quick to charge my card for prompt payment.

My experience with ACWholesalers:
first-order promised within 2-weeks never happened they don't have the product they promised 18 Seers AC unit the order was on hold for over a month and no notification. I have to call never get through until I decide to downgrade to 16 seers unit. the order was processed and shipped was within 3-days.
the shipping company was great.
the packaging was excellent I leave in NJ and the delivery was from Illinois I was concerned. unit installed problem with starting up due to unit software was not updated. I was lucky that my Technician was a licensed AC installer and a HI Tic person. he was able to download the latest software and get the unit to run. ACWholesalers is not a scam I believe they buy in bulck certain model number the rest they try to get it for the customer at a bargain price. they are not adequately staffed neither they have a technical team to support your need. it was a scary experience and what saves me is my great installer. so buy from them if you have a good installer and make sure you buy the proper thermostat that goes with high-efficiency units .. its about $400 to $600 extra.

Buyer BEWARE …this company sent a unit that had been returned previously …not factory sealed with hand written customer service numbers written in operator manual. Informed ACWholesalers two days after receipt of unit for it doesn't work are no way concerning themselves with replacing it. We got your money…sorry about you luck customer! Don't buy into those 5 star ratings
for they are BOGUS. DISHONEST COMPANY!!!!

Just like others who have posted reviews here, if I could give them a ZERO Star rating I would. I placed an online order on June 10th and submitted an email query regarding the status of my order – did not hear back from them until June 29th. The informed me that the item was out of stock and they were waiting for their supplier to provide a status. However, in the meantime, I saw the status of the same item on their website change from back-ordered to in stock. On July 9th, when I pushed for them to fulfill the order, I received an email notice stating that my order was cancelled. I have filed a BBB complaint. But I see that they do not reply to these from the BBB and have an F rating because of it.

This place is a SCAM on every level. They will accept your payment and then you will never receive the item you ordered, and then you will never hear from them. I ordered an AC unit 2 months ago and then never received an update about when it would be shipped. After hearing nothing for about 3 weeks, I decided to cancel the order and demand a refund. I still heard nothing. Like shouting into the void. Their hold times on the phone are beyond kafkaesque: expect to be given a "less than 3 minute wait time" and then literally be on hold for hours. The voice prompt will tell you that you can chat with an online agent, but this function is mysteriously always offline. I've emailed them several times and have never received a response. So they create a situation where the only way of getting through to them is to be on hold for hours. This screws over anyone who is unable to devote hours to waiting on hold (like parents with small kids, the elderly, and the disabled) and surely eliminates part of their pool of customers who are entitled to a refund. Their business model is creating the most excruciating customer service experience possible so that you eventually give up on trying to get a refund. After 2 months and many hours spent on the phone, I have only managed to get through to a human being on one occasion. This person told me that my order is now cancelled and that I would get a refund. I asked if I would receive an email confirmation of this. I never did. I still have not received my refund. I'm still trying to get my money back, t2 months later.

DONT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I bought an ac a MONTH ago and still haven鈥檛 gotten it. They said there was a problem with delivery so they鈥檒l re-deliver it. They have not attempted to deliver again, so my money and ac has been with them for 3 weeks now. Every time I try to call, they won鈥檛 answer. When I called from a new number, they answered but when I explained the issue, they put me on hold forever. I鈥檝e called them maybe 30 times and I鈥檝e been put on hold.

I would GIVE ZERO review They are happy to sell you anything, but try and get support. I've been on hold for over 2 1/2 hours. They are HAPPY to answer NEW business sales but not answer issues.

I've reported them to BBB and local news that helps resolve issues.

Despite the company saying they ship in 3-4 days, we still havent received an update on our order from May 31, 2020. The first excuse was that covid-19 delayed production or whatever and they would ship our product June 12… it's June 17 and we havent received a tracking number or an update despite having emailed them already.

If there was a no star review, that鈥檚 what I would鈥檝e chosen. I bought a LG mini split system from them. Out of the box on start-up, BOTH inside units were defective. It took them almost 2 weeks to send replacement parts. With those parts replaced, the certified service tech, once again tried to start-up the system. This time the outdoor unit failed. This time it took 10 days to get them to agree to send replacement parts. The parts are still 5-7 days away from delivery. The customer service is terrible except for Carl, Ext.503. He鈥檚 the only one out of many that actually tried to help. The company also won鈥檛 help offset the cost of the tech coming out to install the parts. ACEWHOLESALE SUCKS!!

I guess I should have read reviews before purchasing from AC Wholesalers but live and learn if you're thinking about purchasing from AC Wholesalers do yourself a favor DON'T. I purchased what was supposed to be heat pump systems somehow I received strictly AC Units, one of which was damaged along with the heater coils for the heat pump systems that I didn't get. In the midst of the installation process COVID 19 happened my kids were at home, we were on quarantine so I couldn't get my units installed. I was outside of the return window by 14 days but wait here is the kicker I called on that day to find out what if anything could be done due to the pandemic? So I was told they were trying to see what they could do I would hear back immediately. Needless to say I didn't here back, so I called back only to be told I needed to wait a little while longer they were still working on it. I called yet again for them to tell me they were still working on it. I called a third time and at this point I am frustrated because the customer rep was always rude she never listened and always out talked me when I was speaking. I called her on it my last call and she became sarcastic when I was trying to get my point across and told me that she let me speak now I need to let her speak. I requested a manager to contact me before hanging up the phone. The wait time to here back is 24-48 hrs each time that I called back I had not received a response after waiting 72 hours. Once I hung up on the rep I received an email requesting pictures and information on the items I wanted to return, I had already sent this information on the first day I called so I emailed back for clarification. An email was returned telling me that those pictures couldn't be opened send them again, which I did. So after re-sending the picture I immediately then received a response that there was nothing they could do because it was outside the window of their policy or was it because I hung up on your representative. I started this process on the 7th of May and I am posting this on the 18th, 11 days later.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
I bought a complete package heatpump system from them,they sent me the wrong outside unit air conditioning only then refused to take it back and sell me the proper unit because it went beyond 30 day return policy.
They refused to listen to the recorded phonecall of my order were unpleasant and condescending like I did not know what I ordered.
I'm out a 1000 dollars and then found out I could buy the same unit locally for less.
What a scam.
I am contacting the BBB,my local representative and the EPA as in this process I found out it's illegal to sell refridgerant equipment to a non liscenced home owner.
Disgusting dishonest company who only cares about their bottom line.
Stay away from AC Wholsalers.
