They thought they could pull the wool over my eyes. Not so. I've run ads before and worked at microsoft as an sem analyst. I didn't have time to run my own ads and create content but I should have hired someone to do so. The quality assurance cat tried telling me that $300 in ad spend accrued over 4 days. For such a specific and targeted niche as mines, this was a lie. Then he said they didn't do any work because I had asked for a refund. So they didn't do any content production, no ad placement and didn't communicate with me whatsoever. They also didn't even set up my socials correctly. No bio, photos, not even stock photos. For a month of them doing nothing I paid 300. Then this dude had the nerve to go back and forth with me. This is not an ad agency. They don't know ads, Cpc, how to write ad copy or ANYTHING. Do not hire them. Go with someone like a teenager who is willing to learn how to do it.

Google business suspended my account with no explanation & Ad.IQ team has been working hard to restore my account. The resolution team spend 30+ minutes on the phone explaining every item on my dashboard & answering all my questions. I was flustered before i called but seeing how patient they were & how genuinely they want my business to succeed made my day. They are very knowledgeable and helpful & extremely professional. Great job guys. Thank you

Was first solicited by them via 3rd. Party thru an inquiry from GOOGLE MY BUSINESS about information needed. The inquiry had a tone of urgency, such as one might get from logging on to your email or bank account from a device not used before. I immediately called and updated my personal and site information that infact did not need any updating whatsoever and definitely warranted no sense of urgency alert! Along with the updating info. The Google rep. Asks if I was interested in the betterment of my site and business to which I agreed, who wouldn't, and especially coming off a scare tactic! She then mentions that she would have to transfer me to a GOOGLE "partner", and does the transfer or rather forwards my call giving it the appearance that it is an "in-house" transfer from say like, extension 101 to extension 133. So I continue my conversation with "GOOGLE", which really isn't Google at all and realize that this was just a ploy in order for them to sell me something. At this point I still don't know that whom I am speaking to is AD IQ. Amidst all the wonderful promises that are being dished out, supposedly I signed a contract with them to which I completely would not have done so somewhere along the way, they will sucker you again into that, if infact they were being honest or they could of just been lying to me. But what was the real deal was the $149.99 they deducted from my checking account TWICE! So, as I mentioned, I had no clue who AD IQ is, but remember emails whom I thought were spam, only to find out that it was them. I called immediately to stop whatever account they had only to come in contact with someone who believed himself to be a smooth talker of some sorts and would not even let me get a point across and talked over me the whole time. I pointed out his behavior but this guy was soo adamant on saying it takes 90days to see results over and over which was really alarming and quite sad, to be honest on how programmed he seemed. I explained I did not care for this account especially at $300 that's been charged to my account and I wanted it cancelled. He rebutted with a remark that I was only going to end up paying more and without work being done because I was on a contract with them, Insinuating that they, AD IQ would pursue the whole amount or more thru civil proceedings if I canceled this "contract"! To which I advised him that I certainly would not have signed any contract much less at $149.99 recurring monthly charge and hung up on him after being denied to speak with a manager or supervisor or anyone besides him. Then the harassment began. He called immediately after I hung up over and over. I received emails the whole day the following day by at least 3 different reps. And I answered one and told him I would call the next day at 10am. I did this to get a clear head and to not be or react impulsively about this BS. The next day I speak with steve a supervisor and quite calming and to the point that I wish to not have this account and the recurring charges, I want it gone, cancelled! I did not ask for a refund or anything with him. He began by uttering almost to the tee what the other rep. Was saying and let me add that he too attempted a calm almost smooth-talker like monotone. I just could not believe it, you would think the reach was an attempt to maybe rectify the bad customer service that was given but nope. Was quickly reminded that I was in a contract blah blah blah! Beware of this crooked company and its employees. They claim to have the best intensions for the customers business but yet cannot follow one simple set of instructions, such as I don't know, CANCEL this account! I did take this supervisor a bit out of his element and actually made him blurt out, "why don't you just pay us our money!", which sums up what these crooks like most all crooks in it for, Money! Which at this point I actually did not owe any money, because they conveniently took it out, which I am still trying to figure out the extent I agreed on, monetary wise, with whom I thought was Google, but would have never agreed to a contract with $300 recurring charges, for that amount, I really don't care if my business name comes out first on search engine sites or not! I will leave one wore thing, for emphasis, just incase one believes it was I that needed to be more careful and not fall for false pre-tenses. Part of their deal is they claim to advance your website. Well for all that money and big talks of contracts as if what they provided needed to be protected because it is such an asset and privilege to be a part of, then tell me why all they did was change the color scheme and move my photos around, and took copies if it to add to a report showing me before and after pictures, only that the before pictures of the business was made in standard definition pictures or images, having them appear blurry and grainy and the after pictures that they supposedly did was presented in high def. LOL yea ok AD IQ! Very deceptive group of crooks and at this point in time they are still harassing me via email and and also using personal phone lines to call me as I answered a call from a number that wasn't an 1-888 or 1-800 #, only to have one of them start jaberring away! They are ranked 41 for a reason, and I am sure they are desperate at this point are playing by their own rules, do not let your guard down even with companies you trust!

When I was contacted by the salesman, I was promised alot of things, like that I would be number 1 on Google reviews, to name the most important one. The transition from this into the company was a bit awkward, however the people working at AD IQ are responsible and talented, and they diligently worked on my case, although it was really up to me to call and make sure things are progressing. There are a lot of good things to say about this business and the things that I think could change are the communication of the salespeople, and a bit more transparency about what can actually be achieved. Furthermore, like I said, if I didn't call and make sure things were progressing they wouldn't have. Overall what they do is great, they slowly increase your online exposure and after 6 months you will start ranking in the google page that is relevant to your business and area. You won't be number one, at least in my experience. If the salesperson had told me that I would have used the service. My expectations going in were very different than what actually happens, and that's the source of my negative experience with the company. Overall, however, a man named Christopher, who is patient and intelligent, and genuinely seems to care, helped me through any difficulties and made the experience an overall positive one. In the end I am pleased with what has been accomplished, and it's a realistic increase in my online exposure and ranking. There are some excellent and talented employees there, and some who don't seem to really care at all, but I imagine that happens everywhere. With a little tweaking, this could be a great company. This is my honest review, and once again overall I am pleased with the results, and I would have liked a bit more, but what I got is better than a slap in the face with a wet fish, so I'm not complaining. Thank you Christopher, I really appreciate the time you took with me to explain what is going on, and the hard work you put into my account.

Please watch out before making any contract with this Ad.IQ for
Advertising. I just summarized my review for them with a couple of specifications which
Will give you a general picture about this agency.
First and foremost, they are categorized as such agencies which don't care
About their reputation so their general policy works by catching customers by hooking
Them with the contract and customer satisfaction that is not important at all.
Secondly, they don't have transparency at the beginning they seduce you with a
Good prospective although, later on you feel you would have not met any of your expectations.
Thirdly, they mislead you by some unreal promises and commitment which never will
Happen and it's just a trap for catching customers.
Finally, they try to justify their incompetent services through using some glossary
Words to satisfy your needs.
I started work after epidemic had stoped me with continuation with of a google
Advertisement. Everything was going well however, the google ad stopped their activity and I
Had to find an alternative soon.
I found Ad.IQ with not much search but also getting pulled in by one of its representative who
Called me every week for 2 to 3 times; I got tired of their calls.
Finally, I start talking about my expectation for them and they told me we have the same
Services like the google ad agency to convince me to try with them to see the result.
Now, after 3 months the result is my ad is not visible by any of my key words and as if I have
Never used this agency for advertisement. I came to see that their services are different from
GOOGLE AD and they try to justify their incompetency and incapability by showing some
Screen shot which google can find my business if you search it by postal code instead of key
Word for search.
3 month waste of time and expenses, losing customers was the only
Result of working with Ad.IQ

Not even one referral. They deliver such embarrassing, low quality work. The website they made for me was so bad, I had to make a new one myself. Everything they did on my social media was wrong, I had to change everything and do it all over myself. I basically paid them money for nothing. I wish I never answered the phone to that "representative" which is basically a bunch of guys sitting in India and trying to catch suckers like me in the net. Please stay away!!!

paid for the whole year + a little more and got no leads it was a waste of money!! They're kind of annoying to cancel because they try to convince you and you have to get in contact with the manager to cancel and even than they want you to keep trying them out for a reduced fee but still a waste of money..

Ad IQ did a fantastic job getting all of our marketing back on track. As a small business it is important to keep your marketing strategy on point while still keeping a budget. Ad IQ was able to provide both! Great experience all they way around. Highly recommended.

They completely lied about everything! Did not tell me anything truthfully until AFTER they already charged my card. And than continued to lie about things they could do for me. After a couple months of realizing nothing was being done they had said, I finally called them. I told them to take me off. They said they would have manager call me. I have still yet to get a call back from the manager. I cannot even get ahold of them to cancel. NEVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY!

This is the WORST service provide we've ever had! Both of our websites went down during some sort of update/audit of theirs (not ours) so we were down for days – our lifeline and we could not get a hold of anyone to help us! When they were finally back up, our content for both sites was transposed so we were getting calls from current confused clients (about our rates, hours, etc.) and losing potential business because no one could find us, etc., and our sites were down. We continue to have issues with them months later! NOTHING is being resolved!

Here is my honest review of ad IQ. I signed up to this program and hopes to have had a website created and had my website and my company name be ranked highly on Google. Before the company contacted me I had already had my Google listing made and other listings such as yelp home advisor Angie's list Facebook and many others. After paying $300 for the first month set up fee they were in contact with me the day of about what all I wanted and I provided them with pictures and other information that I would like to have on the website and Google. After that it went months of silence I did not hear back from them and they charge me 150 a month for four months after and I had forgotten about them even doing it it had went so long without them contact me. After spending over $700 I contacted them to see what all they have done for me and the website was not created and seemingly nothing had been created I had no leads during that time and had no return on my investment the entire time so the $700 was a complete waste and when I called to cancel the contract they told me I would have to pay another $150 to cancel and they begged him pleaded with me to continue with the contract even after I explained to them that I didn't have a website built and I didn't have all these things that they promised that they would do. I talked to one of the representatives who I was in contact with from the beginning and he said he would finish the website and update the photos and do everything that I had requested to finish out the rest of the month and that we could cancel at that moment. Then after someone from the quality department spoke with their manager they came back and said that they could not do that and that they would I would have to sign up for another six month contract in order to fix the mistakes that I made. Very displeased with the way they handled the situation they did not want toFix the problems they wanted me to pay them more money. If you get sucked into their sales pitch do yourself a favor and call them every single day asking them about the progress they have made and make sure they stick to the timeline that they said that they would they promised a website within two weeks and I didn't have one after four months. That money will go a lot farther on Facebook Ads then dealing with this business. I have given them every opportunity to fix their mistakes but they cannot do any of it without more money. If they would like for me to remove this bad review they will need to simply fix their mistakes that is all I'm asking.
