Been to this shop 3 times and all 3 visits the staff have come across VERY RUDE, UNHELPFUL AND ARROGANT.
They want you to pick your balloons in minutes and throw you out the shop. Ask them for any advice and they talk to you like you鈥檙e the problem rather than recommending or working with celebration themes for the event or age group.
The customer service is DISGUSTING/NON-EXISTENT, clearly you're not welcome to look around and choose anything, it's a direct message of pick your items as quick as possible, pay and get out!

STAY CLEAR OF A VERY BAD COMPANY, plenty of other places and stores with customer service at their forefront.
Never again, AVOID & look somewhere else………..

Lovely balloons for my son鈥檚 first birthday. Very happy with the service. Would use them again.
