So, I鈥檝e bought and waited 10 days for my order. I鈥檓 in the uk so I was expecting the wait. Anyways I plugged it in and it blew up. Loud bang flames the works. It cut all the electricity to my home off. They have said they鈥檒l refund me (but I鈥檓 not hopeful after reading the other reviews) but they did not seem to be bothered and I couldn鈥檛 engage the woman in friendly chat which I needed as I was still shook up and was trembling at the time by what had happened. they didn鈥檛 offer to replace or compensate (which would have been nice) and Seemed cold and unbothered by it. I could have been seriously injured (I鈥檓 just glad it wasn鈥檛 touching anywhere sensitive at the time) or my home could have burned down. It鈥檚 so scary.

I spoke with a woman named LINDA on the chat stated I ordered something from their website but never returned and asked her to Please help me. I had to ask her nearly four times to verify the address and in the midst of those attempts she tried to disconnect the chat, I explained to her I received no email confirmation or anything of that matter, she simply sent me a tracking number after she already said it had been delivered so obviously that鈥檚 not going to do me any good whatsoever. She said please wait 8 days for UPS to research and showed absolutely no sympathy for my issue didn鈥檛 apologize for the inconvenience not a single time and then after I expressed I was upset at this poor service she asked me if there was anything else that I needed. She was in a rush to get me off the chat when clearly her being on the chat is her damn job and I told her she was just horrible at doing what she is being paid to do and that she should consider working else where, she then responded she鈥檚 been doing this for 19 years like I cared and then I told her she鈥檚 doing a terrible job at it and to get a new one. I will never shop from this website again nor will I recommend or refer anyone to this website. She simply said my items were stolen and I have motion sensor cameras at the front of my house and wife and mother and law are home all day. What a joke of a representative Linda was and she needs to go kick rocks with her bare feet until she gets gain green

Order placed May 4, 7pm, paid extra for expedited shipping. (site stated items received by May 7-8).
Package not received by shipper until May 6
Package shipped via USPS – so, that already told me I wasn't going to get it by the expected dates, the weekend I had a birthday date which I hoped to spice up a little.
Package reached destination PO on May 9 – Saturday. So, can't get it until Monday, at the earliest.
Package did NOT include most expensive item – the star of the show!
Second item broken, and does not work.
Contacted Customer Support twice – once when I was given the tracking information and showed it would be far later than was told to expect it.
Second time after receiving package and finding missing items (but before I knew second item was broken).
Both times, customer support representatives were dismissive, disinterested, and offered apologies that came across as vague and insincere – with the accusation pointed at me (the customer) because of the "COVID notifications on our site that state deliveries may be delayed".
No meaningful attempts made to make the customer happy, just a re-order of the missing item, to be delivered in one week.

The delivery was such a mess that my wife is currently crying. It's been 3 weeks and we've finally cancelled the order for taking way too long. For two and a half weeks the tracker pointed to their warehouse which leads me to believe they were just mucking about for that time period

My Magic Massager/ Wand just caught on fire and set my neck on fire with the spark that it left behind. I have severe burns on my neck from my toy catching a flame.

I purchased 2 products and they worked for about 6 months which isn't terrible considering the low price. The last one needs batteries but I don't see a negative or positive function.
Not so bad till I called customer service. This woman was nasty and sarcastic. I actually liked what she told me but drop the attitude. I asked a question and she groaned and you could tell this the last thing she wanted to do. Why are these people so rude? I'm very cordial when I call because I've worked in a call center and I know some people are difficult but I assure you I was NOT.

I had a problem with my order and they admittedly emailed me back and fixed the problem. Amazing customer service. I definitely will be buying more things from them. Pretty excited about their toys. I will be telling people about them and their products.

I went to Adam and Eve's looking for a naughty nurse outfit. The one that I really liked was a lacy material, but they did not have it to fit me. I found one that was a satiny material and it had a zipper that came down to below the chest it came with a hat and a toy stethoscope. This outfit is okay but I really would have liked to have the other one because it was sexier. But I am satisfied with this store and everything that I get there.

I am completely dissatisfied with the customer support of Adam and Eve. I bought something from them and wanted FULL refund. Not just the product. I wanted all the amount that I was charged. That is what happens when I by from every other company but apparently adam and eve will not refund for shipping. Not only that I had to pay 10$ to ship it back! I spent on total over 50$ for one item that didnt even fit and then I only got 30$ back. This is no way for a company to treat any customers. The lady on the phone was very rude and disrespectful. I will never by from them again and I will spread the word to the best of my abilities for others to not buy from them either.

So I bought an item at their online store and I waited for it for about two weeks. Then the tracker told me that it was ready for pick up, but I hadn't received a message of where to pick it up. I then contacted them via their live chat, and they told me that all I got to do is to go pick it up, which was the problem for me in the first place, becaus I didn't know where to pick it up at. Three times I contacted them, and they were no help at all. I've been at all the possible pick up points and no luck, I've tried to track my order via all the delivery services I could think of, and no luck. So now im sitting here, with no product, writing an angry review, and hoping that this will get me some better help.

I changed my review only because they sent me the free gifts after I wrote a bad review. So I'm getting the stuff I expected which makes me happier than I was. But the customer service was still complete a*s. Brian O and Susan should be taught again how to give good customer service since they have no idea. I talked to Susan first and she gave me attitude the whole time and showed no empathy or sympathy about my situation. She was blunt and rude. I left the chat with her and got in contact with Brian O. He was even more rude accusing me of being rude to Susan and saying "YOU left the chat because YOU werent getting your way" he called me impatient and he said that there was nothing wrong with the way Susan talked. He then proceeded to tell me that she was sending the gifts my way even though he continuously said I didnt qualify he continued to say I didnt qualify over and over he then said "I'm putting on your file that you have been told what is needed to qualify" like really?!?! How rude is that. He then says is there anything else I can help you with even though the situation isnt dealt with and I just say no and end the chat because I was very angry and disappointed, not with not getting the gifts but with the way I was treated. I told them I am a loyal customer and they threw that in my face saying, "if you are SUCH a loyal customer you should know the policy." But the whole thing read just a mix up between canadian prices and american and they wouldnt understand that and just told me I didnt qualify. No "oh sorry let me check that for you" or "I'll send those right hir way but just know these are the guide lines" nothing just attitude from both customer service reps… unbelievable.

My wife used to order our toys from this place I had decent customer service fair prices package is always Cadence Crete but what they don't offer like a lot of other companies is the specials when you sign up for their email accounts but decides that we were happy with them

Called in to place an order and Sarah in customer service was very rude. I told her five times that I wanted to place an order and each time she kept asking me what is was I wanted to do!
She was obviously doing this to be rude and provoke a response. there was no customer service what so ever !!
Then when I asked to be transferred to a supervisor the supervisor wanted to argue about what it was I said. Even though the supervisor admitted she could not hear my end of the conversation.
I made the call on a speaker phone so my wife could hear. My wife and I will never ever order from this site ever again. We are done with them. Its not worth the trouble. You can get better deals elsewhere without the hassle and with better customer service.

This site is exactly the same as adameve.com, same name, same physical address and everything.
But I guess people were already getting fed up with their other website and adameve have already given up on customer service, they started anew?
Bought a vibrator. Received on time. So far so good…That deserved a star, right?
Opened the package. The vibrator was covered in lube/oil.
Contacted customer service and talked to Glenn from customer service for 30 minutes.
("System: Connected with Glenn. Your Reference Number for this chat is 14454.")
He tried to convince me that "the oil" wasn't uncommon and it was left over from the manufacturing process. Maybe the vibrator has indeed got oil left over from the manufacturing process, but we have no way of knowing it for sure, do we? There was no sealing in the vibrator packaging, no tape, no stamps, no nothing. So I was forced to deal with an either used vibrator or has been forgotten to be cleaned by the manufacturer.
Then when I ask about their return policy, he would not explain the policy but went straight ahead and locked me down on returning the item. So basically, adameve.com is forcing me to pay shipping to return defected product. I have never seen such customer service that would go so far to make the decisions for their customers. Learning something new everyday. Today's lesson: Adameve.com's "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" meant that they would make the decision for their customers, so the customers would be so satisfied that they would never come back again.
