DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! ordered something and took a lot longer, for me to have a mail card put through my door saying I had to pay 拢20.90 to get my package!! So overall I paid 拢85 for something I could get for 拢25 on Amazon (which I later found out) Customer service are a joke and rude. Worst company I have ever known they should be shut down! Avoid. Don't be fooled by their reviews they will only upload the reviews that they want to on their site as mine never got uploaded!

I will never order from Adameve.scam ever again. We got the things we ordered several weeks after order. When we went to get the,"FREE" six movies it said they are in your Library but there was no library anywhere on their site. So I call Costumer Support 3 separate times. They give me the run around for about 3 min before they hang up. I also tried the chat and the disconnected that as well. Don't waist your time and money on these scam artists.

My order took quite awhile to arrive but nowhere near as late as some of the other reviews I鈥檝e seen on here. The site estimation dates were all wonky. Like it said they would likely process it by May 20th & it still said May 20th until May 24th. Ordered the cuffed locking bracelet & key necklace. The box for this product appeared to be opened beforehand. I don鈥檛 know if it was security checking packages or just how Adam&Eve normally sends stuff, but it seems to be in good condition despite the package being opened. The other product i ordered is perfectly fine in every way as far as I can tell. My one complaint is that I could鈥檝e sworn the website said I would get a free gift with my order because I am a first time customer & had just made a new account, but I didn鈥檛 get any gift. Can鈥檛 be bothered to contact them about this though. I got what ordered and that鈥檚 good enough for me.

Placed my first ever order at the end of March, the latest expected delivery date was April 27th. I was expecting some delays due to the pandemic, but this is ridiculous.
I contacted customer support and they sent out a second order for free, which I was pretty satisfied with at the time. I was waiting for that one too and keeping an eye on it with the package tracker. When I checked today, the DHL website said both packages were delivered a few days ago, but no sign of them on my doorstep almost two months after I placed my order.
I contacted customer support again and they said they'd refund me 19.98$ USD while I had to pay 34.64$ CAD (equivalent to 24.55$ USD today) when I bought the item. Sounds pretty fishy to me.
The customer support lady just said "Probably shouldn't order from us" and logged out.
Well, I've gotta agree with you on that one Linda.

Horrible! If you don't pay extra above the already high shipping costs, they futz around and delay shipping. Once they do ship, it goes from NC to Wa via DHL. They give you an expected date but when they fail to make that date, they send a message telling you it will be another day or two. Last location? West side of our state, 4 hours away.

Adam and Eve is a pos. Low prices but gimmicks to add cost for "shipping insurance" and for "expedited shipping". This company is horrible. Pay a bit more and buy from someone like Amazon.

First Time buying an item. I received an item and was not satisfied…before I decided to purchase the item. The customer Representative stated that their return policy was completely satisfaction guaranteed or you can return the item, no questions asked. I asked if they will supply the return label and she said yes. I called the company and she told me "laughingly and rudely" "No, that is the buyer's responsibility." I was so upset because I wouldn't have bought the item without a return label guaranteed to me. So, needless to say, I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANOTHER ITEM from this company.

As stated in previous reviews, they do ship used items. I received a gift and it had smidges and hair and dust stuck to some areas. Horrific. Pretty sure this should be illegal, as it鈥檚 not a T-shirt or backpacks you鈥檙e selling. Customer service absolutely rude, ignorant and unprofessional. Please don鈥檛 order girl them

I ordered an item that was on backorder, when I placed the order the money was taken from my account and I did receive a confirmation email. However, about a week later I noticed in my bank account the money had come back into my account as a reversal. I decided to email them, as I have made many other online purchases recently and they have all been fine. They emailed me back saying my card wouldn't accept the transaction and they would try again the following day (mind you Adam and Eve never sent me an email about this, when I tracked my order it never said cancelled, or that it was on hold because the payment didn't go through for whatever reason, basically the only reason I found out about this is because I checked my bank account and emailed them to inquire why I was refunded, otherwise I would have never known) When the following day came and went and I never saw another attempt made to make the purchase, I decided to call them. I got someone rude who clearly didn't know what they were doing or what to tell me, all she said was that the order wasn't cancelled but it was put on hold and they would try my card again today. I called around noon and now the day is over and still I have yet to see any attempt to make the purchase again. The estimated ship date is tomorrow but I highly doubt that will happen now considering the circumstances. Im going to call them again tomorrow and just try to pay with another card because they obviously aren't going to actually try to put the payment though on the original card used. If they won't do that, Im just going to forget about the order and never order from them again.

I would give a zero if I could! My order never arrived at all. There was never a tracking update or any details of where the order went. Worst company to purchase from. They took payment immediately but never shipped the item or took responsibility for the fact it never arrived if they did ship it.

I would give this company ZERO stars if I could. Ordered on April 2. I called about my order and got a VERY uninformed young girl on the phone saying, "oh, it never shipped yet." She also gave me the wrong shipper and the wrong tracking number. Plus, she could not even find my order! I got on their website and opened the chat button and got someone who had mm…half a brain more than the last person. SHE at least gave me the correct tracking # AND gave me an ORDER #. I had to get on GOOGLE to figure out WHO the shipping carrier was. First DHL, now who the F knows? I think it's postal service. So horrible that I ordered something on 4/2 and SUPPOSEDLY it won't be delivered until 4/15???!? RIDICULOUS. Needless to say, I will NEVER order from this company again EVER. Their customer service people on the phone are rude, uninformed, and apparently do NOT know how to use a computer. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL.

Worst online experience I have ever had. Made an order for an in stock item and 6 days it still hasn鈥檛 shipped. Customer service keeps saying they took payment , I am very aware. That was my part of the transaction: the ship it part ( their part ) they aren鈥檛 concerned with. Even though payment has been made and item hasn鈥檛 shipped , they will not allow me to cancel order ie 鈥?we have taken payment 鈥? Rude and unhelpful and not concerned at all with customer satisfaction …. only taking payment. Do not waste your time and money. Would never recommend to anyone.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I placed online order Monday at 1:49 am pst time. Didn't know they were open 24 hours. Called them 9 am Mon same day to cancel since I did fast shipping. The girl on the phone said can't cancel it cause it's been processed NOT SHIPPED YET. SHE STATED THAT ON THE PHONE. So I guess as A CUSTOMER your best bet is wait 2 days for it to get to me just so I can RETURN IT. Then now it's 4 DAYS LATER I didn't get it yet so I'm calling and the girl on the phone is very rude to check on my order. She said it's a 24-48 hour hold so now I'm mad cause I was supposed to return this anyway so basically I'm spending $60 somewhere else because the order didn't get here when I needed it. I was going to NOT RETURN IT IF I GOT IT HERE ON TIME but the girl on the phone forgot about CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm asking her why would you ship the order if you still have it there since THATS WHAT SHE STATED that it hasn't been shipped but it's been processed so she can't keep it. So she's arguing with me and I'm telling her that I'm just asking her that doesn't make sense. She then proceeds to say the order was already SHIPPED. No it was not because the girl I talked to said the order is right there. She went to check the time and it was 4 hours ago but not shipped yet. Instead this one wants to argue like she's the one who talked to me. Then she said she can't speak FOR SOMEONE ELSE 馃槀 I work in property management and this is never the way to talk to your customer. Let me reach y'all about customer service. Then I tell her well you guys should definitely keep the same line of communication between your employees she then says: "LIKE I SAID, I CAN'T SPEAK FOR SOMEONE ELSE" then I'm asking her only reason I'm calling is because I can't find the order cause I realized I didn't make an account and she's just mad 馃槀. At this point I hang up this was a big axx inconvenience and no concerns or empathy for your customers at all. At this point I JUST HUNG UP ON HER SHE DIDN'T EVEN MENTION HER NAME CAUSE THAT'S HOW BAD HER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AND IM PRETTY SURE SHES THE SAME ONE WHO SAID MY ORDER HASN'T BEEN SHIPPED YET. I DON'T ARGUE WITH FOOLS AT ALL ILL JUST WAIT FOR IT TO COME WHENEVER IT WILL GET HERE AND RETURN IT SO I CAN MAKE SURE I GET MY $60 BACK. PFFF Let me order for the 2 day shipping with my actual info on it at another place

I've ordered from them in the past (many years ago) a couple times and had no problems. Fast-forward to a couple weeks ago, ordered something with an estimated delivery date of 14th-19th. Waited and it never came, tried to send emails through Amazon Pay but got no response. Finally used their customer service chat to find out that my account was closed due to a disputed payment six years (!!) ago, which I have no memory of (again all two/three of my previous orders had been FINE), and had never been told about it and there was no indication that this latest order had any problems.
I just wish I had been notified 1) back when this "disputed payment" happened, so it could have been solved and 2) two weeks ago, just a "sorry you can't order from us" so I wasn't waiting around for so long.

I had a problem with my order and they admittedly emailed me back and fixed the problem. Amazing customer service. I definitely will be buying more things from them. Pretty excited about their toys. I will be telling people about them and their products.

Ordered something and it never came! Never got a confirmation email but a month later they sent one asking for me to review the item I never received! Can鈥檛 contact them by email or phone either because it鈥檚 saying there鈥檚 an error or it鈥檚 been disconnected. Such a disappointment.

The item I purchased packaging had thumb prints and smudges all overt it. There was no seal so the item was easily opened from the package. I鈥檓 for sure they sent me a used or returned item it was not new. I called customer service to return the item and they said I would have to pay for shipping the return. I also asked what do they do with returned items he stated that they discard them but I don鈥檛 believe that I鈥檝e seen other reviews that said they sent used items as well. I threw what I purchased from them in the trash I didn鈥檛 want to go through the hassle of paying for the return. Thankfully I used a coupon code so I didn鈥檛 spend much. I will never buy from adamandeve again

They give you a discount, but you will pay that charge back for shipping just to get the package 5 days later after paying for shipping. and they will not to give you back your money until after you send it back.Than that will take another 7 to 10 business days, and then you have to wait for the money to get back on your card (7 to 10 business days) to order something else.Bottom line if you order from Adam&Eve.com be ready to have to deal with them for about 30 day if something goes wrong LORD forbid if you have to call them to complain. they will quote ("you can't rush the postal service") I cant rush the post office but I can stop spending with adam&eve forsure. The bottom line check other web site before committing to Adam&Eve.com, They are not the only option !

If I could give them zero stars I would. Bought an item that was defective/did not work. Don't ship anything back unless you want to lose money! Lost $16 worth of shipping. They gladly returned the item for a full refund but when explaining that I had used a giftcard for the purchase and wanted a credit on my account to use towards something else they said no they weren't allowed to do that. So now I'm out $32 dollars. Learned my lesson. Won't be shopping with Adam and Eve anymore!

They will suspend your account if you use coupon codes and then still charge you the items. And not tell you they closed your account, you have to call and find out!

I received our package about a week and a half maybe 2wks ago. I opened the shiping packaging, then the box of goodies of course, just to glance over everything. Everything seemed just as it was supposed to. I put the goody box back in the shipping box and put it in the corner. I've not had time to be able to open the actual package itself. So tonight as I just happened to remember it, my husband got it out, opened everything, and much to my disappointment, we had no free gifts, (except a damn 100 dollar wine voucher.. like What the heck, we don't even drink wine! and that definitely is not what was supposed to be our free gifts) And then the vibrator doesn't even work. I put brand new sets of batteries in it 4 times. Nada! I've gotten better product and free gifts from Wish! So I'll definitely be sending the lovers kit back.
