My husband contacted via email on 2/20/2020. made arrangements via email for purchase and shipping of puppy, I have the emails. Payment made via PayPal. Several emails sent from my husband after payment made with no further contact from the seller. No puppy was sent. My daughter contacted them today, 2/25/2020, inquiring about the same puppy and she received the exact same emails as my husband. She obviously did not make the payment.
