This is a China based company selling garbage stuff. Poor quality and not at all Australian standard products. I had ordered charger for my surface. Received after delays and that too a faulty one. They asked me to send it back for refund and gave me return address in Chinese characters. No resolution. Neverever going to buy any stuff out of China directly. [email protected] morons.

Order a Macbook charger. Still waiting after 3 weeks. No replies from them.

Still waiting for my charger and still have not had a reply from them.Just want them to give my money back now.It has been almost two months and still nothing.

After I ordered the wrong charger (my fault) Jeffrey sent me a new one for a moderate difference in price and told me to keep the wrong one as too much to send back. And very quick responses too!
