They are .com.au and don't tell you until after you've paid that they are based in China. I ordered a Lenovo product, pictured and detailed as such. The product I received was a made in China knock-off with badly spelled English on it and no official safety data. They have not responded to any emails. ABSOLUTE SCAM COMPANY – DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Am now dealing with Paypal to get a refund as they do not respond and will ask Paypal to cease dealing with them.

Was excited to receive our Apple Mac Power Adaptor. Plugged it in, it immediately sparked and blew up my computer. DO NOT for one second ever consider buying this CRAP!!!!

Total scam. Representing themselves as a local company, turns out the address is false. Contacted them and they did respond to e mail once, looking at the other reviewers its the same story, the goods are shipped but the tracking stopped in Amsterdam and never updated any further. Subsequent e mails unanswered. So the website is a fraud to begin with on top of that the whole transaction appears to be fraudulent in that the goods dont arrive and you cant get an answer on why or any redress. I'm going to complain to Paypal, i though they were better than this.

Bought an adaptor for my laptop 3 weeks ago. The tracking said it was being delivered but had to be returned to the supplier due to an incomplete address. Someone called Dotty did email back saying I should contact the post office. I did and they confirmed the adaptor had been sent back to the company. Dotty says the adaptor is still in the post. Basically, they did send out an adaptor (or empty box) but have made a mess of the delivery address on purpose so the product gets returned to them. Then Adapter store say that it is still in the postal system somewhere.

Dotty's email address is a gmail account. Any decent company would be using their works email address.

A 100% scam. Avoid at all cost and tell everyone else you know to avoid these crooks.

I also ordered a laptop power supply from this buisness and thought they was in the UK. But turns out they based in china and I needed the part urgently. The order still says processing after over a week and no replies back from them, so likewise avoid this place at all costs. I have had to order from somewhere else now.
