Adapterstore Reviews - Adapterstore Scam or Legit

The delivered product was not as advertised.
I recently ordered a charger for my laptop. Instead of sending the specific charger type that was listed on their website, they sent a different (much bulkier) one, with some ugly adapter to make it fit my laptop…
Tried to contact their customer service twice, without any response. They are a complete scam.
