This company is completely unprofessional.
I bought a FLOS lamp in June 2019 and after 5 months waiting for it, I wrote them to cancel the order.
I am still waiting for their reimburse.
They do not even reply to the emails, so now the case is in ALTROCONSUMO and a Lawyer.

We are going to do a striscia in TV against this AdB Interior, and their other brands with the same Partita IVA.
The owner is the same on all of them, so they will be refunding the money soon or later.

Questa societ脿 猫 completamente poco professionale.
Ho comprato una lampada FLOS in giugno 2019 e dopo 5 mesi di attesa, ho chiesto l麓annullazione dell'ordine.
Sto ancora aspettando il loro rimborso….da 6 messi.
Non rispondono nemmeno alle e-mail, quindi ora il caso 猫 in ALTROCONSUMO ed un avvocato.

Faremo una striscia in TV contro questo AdB Interior e gli altri loro marchi con la stessa Partita IVA.
Il proprietario 猫 lo stesso per tutti loro, quindi rimborseranno i soldi prima o poi.

This company is a disgrace and a fraud. I bough a lamp LAST MARCH: they never delivered it, I called them endlessly and no answers .
I emailed them and they made me fill in a request of reimbursement.
Still waiting for the money.
After almost a year.
Every month I email them asking for my money, they reply tasting they will reimburse me the next coming month. Never happened.
Stay away from this horrible company

I have been ordering goods with a certain delivery date. The goods were not delivered. When writing to them I got an answer that it would be delivered 30 days later. I am waiting since 3 months with every time a friendly email that delivery is again delayed. Avoid this company! They take just your money! FRAUD – CYBERCRIME!!!

Requested a refund on a lamp and they said it should show up on my CC. That was 3 months ago and nothing. 5 emails and two phone calls and they haven't refunded me at all. Do NOT order from this company.

Zero. Scam dealer that will take your money. Send emails about delayed delivery. Then just not reply to any emails. My account doesn鈥檛 even exist with them anymore. AVOID.

Don鈥檛 go near this company. Having placed an order I was then told the delivery would be 30 days. Then told the supplier had closed for the summer and despite contacting them a number of times, ADB fails to respond to anything. The company (without prejudice) looks to be obtaining money fraudulently as there appears to be no intention of delivering the good.

I f I could give them zero I would. They鈥檝e had my money for 4 months, initially apologies and delay from our supplier excuses, now I am simply getting zero response so I鈥檝e referred to my credit card to dispute the transaction.
Companies like this should not be allowed to interact with the public. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I ordered over 4,000 Euros of merchandise 4 months ago. I was told the items were in stock and that they would ship in a few weeks. I waited and after a month contacted them. They said there was a delay and that I shoud wait another month. I waited another month and then contacted them again and NO RESPONSE. I have tried many times to contact them and they have never responded. Now their website is no longer up. This is a scam. I am disputing this with my credit card company. This is fraud.

No Goods Ever Received. Have Opened Dispute With Mastercard.

Ordered goods totalling nearly 1000 Euros. Here we are 2 months later and no goods, and no communication.

Yesterday I sent one more email asking for assistance, and got an automatic return email telling me they are closed all of August.

Not prepared to waste more of my time. Especially at being alarmed at all the negatives on here. So have opened a dispute with Mastercard.

Order 2480/2019 made on 08/04/2019 was never delivered. I have asked for a refund of that purchase (close to 鈧?00) more than one month ago.

The store answer was to contact my credit card company and deal with it. First time I feel I was scammed.

Actually it happened same to me,promises and so far no reimbursement of the money.
Stay away from this seller they are thief's.

Worst possible experience with a online seller. I purchased a product more than six months ago, I didn't receive it. After I finally submitted a request for reimbursement, and after my request had been accepted, I didn't receive the money鈥攐nly a letter mentioning some problems encountered by the seller. I am sorry for their problems. But I would like to get my money back. The seller's behavior has been extremely unprofessional.

Ho inoltrato una richiesta di rimborso 鈥?richiesta che (mi 猫 stato detto) 猫 stata ricevuta e "presa in carico". Ci貌 nonostante, non ho ricevuto i miei solidi. Invece, ho ricevuto una lettera in cui si alludeva a dei problemi in cui il rivenditore sarebbe incorso. Mi dispiace per questi problemi. Ma vorrei i miei solidi indietro. I ordered a lamp on April 13th, which was supposed to be delivered within 30 working days. To date (1 July), I have received nothing. The response to my emails has been of the vague "sorry for the delay" type. The last email stated the lamp should arrive by the end of June but clearly this has not happened.

I have just emailed them to cancel my order and will update this review when I receive my money back.

Update – I filled in a request for a refund 15 days ago and have still not received anything. I contacted my bank who have assured me I am within the requirement for a chargeback request from MasterCard and they have already sent me the forms necessary. I will proceed with this if I don't receive my refund within the next few days.

Denuncer貌 anche i fatti alla polizia postale (sono residente in Italia). Consiglio a tutti quelli che si trovano nella stessa posizione di informarsi riguarda la procedura di chargeback con la loro banca in quanto 猫 il modo pi霉 veloce e sicuro per riavere i soldi. Io ho la fortuna di avere usata la carta di credito emessa da una banca irlandese, e quindi la procedura 猫 molto pi霉 semplice che in Italia, ma vi consiglio di provare lo stesso.

Ordered a lamp. Waited for 30 working days (that's over 1,5 month!), asked how much longer I would have to wait and was told that they didn't knew. I then asked to cancel my order, had to fill out a bunch of ridiculous paperwork and 20 days later still didn't get my money back. Worst. Company. Ever. Will never order there ever again.

The 11th of December i order a lamp with an expected delivery time of 25 working days. After more than 3 mouths and several emails asking for my order, ADB send me this email. "Dear customer, with this email to inform you that unfortunately after an update by our supplier , about the delivery of the item in order 3868/2018 , the same Innermost – Lampada a sospensione Beads – – – Colore: antracite is out of production."
I call imediately Innermost and they inform me that they had temporarily stopped the production only 2 weeks before. This means that ADB interior placed the order only 3 mouths after i payed. I immediately cancelled my order i ask to be refunded.
Until now i didn't received my refund

I鈥檝e ordered a lamp on the 17th of January and was waiting for it for more than a month. On the 26th of February I decided that I will not wait anymore and asked the shop to cancel the order. They did and informed me that I will receive my money back after 15 working days. Now, after more than 2 months money are still not at my account! I never had such a bad experience with an online shop!!!

I made two separate purchases from adbinterior.it.
I have received both items just few days after the orders, with a good package and receiving the tracking detail for the carrier as soon as the items were sent. I have also been called by their customer service because I forgot to provide some detial for the shipment.
So far I had only a great experience in purchasing with ADB interior. Good price, well organized.

Great customer service, excellent choice of products, best prices for sure, good control of supply chain. Don't be in a hurry, put anxiety away, your purchase will be delivered even earlier then expected. I had doubts in the beginning but facts proved Adb to be a great choice!
