Charged extra 100 aed for money transfer but still money got deducted .

I have used you app to send money home where i selected OUR option where i will be charged extra 105 aed and so the full amount will be credited to my family .
And still same amount was not credited the family account .
then whats the point of your bank deducted extra 100aed for the full service ?
Very pathetic service especially in this corona virus your bank is wasting people money like this ,for what?
This only leads to canceling of the account and informing my friends as well to do the same as because of i have informed my friends of the bank service was good and where they opened new accounts along with me.
The agent i have called one day to check on this issue was useless not had no empathy at all ,where he informed me if i wanna cancel it still they will deduct around 80-100 aed extra and its pointless ,there where he spoke the truth your bank is just taking money from people for what ,nothing .

i had very bad experience and they have unreliable services…
they provide services through their application and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't… and when it dosn't work and lose money. they just say we can change your card but we can't get your money back.
you shouldn't offer your customers with unreliable or fake services!

Customer service not willing i have problem in my account i opened new account before 1 month until now not getting the debit card no one found the solution 4 time call to customer service 2 time send complain no answer also the customer service not Professional to fixed the issue.

i have been customer of ADCB bank last 2 years and i have alwz pay my bills on time and almost 9 months before i was introduced about credit shield and i took this credit shield to be on save side because they explain me in case of job loss they will cover 10 percent of outstanding balance for 10 months and i was paying everymonth to them for good amount of money together with my credit card bills and when now i lost my job and i applied for insurance they sending me term and condition which dont even make any sense. and they should explain me same term & condition on same time when i introduced me this insurance

We would like to bring to your notice that in order to avail Involuntary Loss of Employment (ILOE) benefit, Insured Member remains as a resident of UAE under a valid employment visa provided by the employer terminating his/her employment and as declared in the claims notification documents. However, this clause is extended to honor ILOE monthly indemnity even after ex-employer has cancelled the employment visa up to a maximum period of 3 consecutive months, subject to customer remaining in/re-entering UAE on a valid visit visa (after leaving and re-entering the country within a max period of 6 months) or spouse/dependent sponsored visa whilst remaining unemployed.its just a common sense how come u can be on same employer visa if u already get terminated there is no logic and of course employer will cancel your visa. and if u call customer care they wil tell u pls contact insurance team and if u speak to insurance team they will tell u contact branch its like throughout ball to each other and end of the day no one help u and u will waste money call customer care also so pls dont ever even thing of opening account with adcb bank

I have been banking with ADCB for past 8 years and it鈥檚 been a few times already that I experienced very rude behavior from ADCB customer care and collection department. The lady named Nishad Sheikh was absolutely rude when followed up on an email request i made 2 weeks back. Either very slow customer service and no service at all, this is my experience so far with ADCB

This bank is telling you to pay the suggested amount to avoid finance charges. You paid the amount and still deducted you for finance charges! When you message them, they even dont reply! Horrible! I dont want to use this bank anymore!

I feel very bad with talking customer care person. Also bank charging 25 aed for relashionship fee. When i asked, answered me we should keep balance aed20,000 every month.

Guys avoid and believe me avoid dealing with ADCB bank in uae it鈥檚 a bank that simply steal ur money, freeze ur account for no reason, charge people money within the pandemic situation instead of actually helping them, the problem and crisis and drama ADCB bank have cause to people is insane just go to Instagram and fb and read. Do not use this bank I wouldn鈥檛 wish my worst enemy to deal with them. Simply bad I hope karma catch u up one day for what u make people go through

The bank is a fraud and I never expected that a bank of this stature can do something like this. I opted for their Switch to ADCB offer and completed all requirements to gain the eligibility of the offer. After that I also got an SMS from their side with the promo code as promised but when I tried to redeem the voucher, email print out was a mandatory requirement from their partner EMAX electronics. I contacted the bank for the email but they simply denied it saying that now you are not eligible for the offer. What a fraud bank! Never opt for an offer from ADCB bank. Beware guys!

I have a current account with ADCB, as of today, I had experienced very good banking and customer service. they work under their promises and truly authentic, so my overall experience with ADCB is excellent and happy to banking with them much more in the future.

The second worst bank i have ever dealt with after FAB, i have a loan with with them and due to the current COVID19 circumstances my salary has been cut by half, my wife lost her job, i called them and asked to delay paying my loan installments, their CS told me that i have to send an email to the management and they might consider it, after i sent that email, i received an automated response that i shall receive an answer within 2 working days, its been 7 working days now and nothing happened, note: when i called them for the very first time to inquire about the news i have read, that people who got affected financially by COVID19 can ask their banks for relieves, the employee who answered my call laughed and said and i quote " thats not for ordinary people like us, its only for locals"

they charge my current account for not transferring the salary. the agent opened the current account for fixed deposit. When I close the current account. i have an active saver account. now they charged my active saver account even though keep telling them that I'm receiving my salary by cash. they keep on charging every month. closing of account is troublesome.

My brother happened to transfer 10 Omani rials from ADCB account to Bank Muscat , and the transfer charges was 10.500 Omani rials .

Is this the right way of charging the transfer charges , I want to know . No bank will charge so much of transfer charges . My Oman contact number is +968-9383-5989

I have been calling the bank to address my concerns and it seems impossible to reach anyone. The customer service is really poor and seems like they lack knowledge.

Now it has become a routine for me to call them in the morning and they keep giving you other numbers to call. in a situation like this they can at least respond back to the numerous emails written to them. However, there has not been a single response from them.

Let me start by saying I have never been so proud of banking with ADCB till now .
Your team members Ms. Pooja shetty and Also team leader Charmaine Monica Fernandes have been fantastic in their approach and provided the highest level of service which i find very rare in today鈥檚 market.
Their suggestions made my personal loan process very Seamless and no matter the challenges they never gave up on me.

They truly deserve a Recognition in the team for what they have done for me.

I have selected 1 star because there was not provision to select 0 star.
This is the worst bank of my life….. Where agents give false or incomplete information in order to achieve their bluddy target…..
Without any informtion bank has deducted AED 700 from my account….. After enquiry they said that I am supposed to deposit my salary there…… Who the hell are they to force me to deposit my salary in this bank……
After a deep frustration I closed my account from there…..
I will never never suggest anyone to open the account in this bank……

No service takes days to get a new payee added, and mission impossible if you are abroad during that time as they need to phone you. Even private relation manager is useless. They keep your money its just cisting you not bringing anything and if you need it you can not reach it

I had to call the costumer support 10 times within the first couple of months because there were so many issues. Luckily they were able to resolve all of them.
The most annoying thing is the fact that they use your phone number to spam you with advertisements.
