Review of Google advertising with Rhys

The service Rhys provided was precisely what we after when we signed up to Addpeople, and he provided exactly what we needed at the time we needed it. His level of service has been exceptional: responsive, diligent and collaborative. It's been very reassuring to know he was at the end of a phone/email to help in the set up, and his attention to detail in the performance/monitoring catch ups were very valuable. The achievements speak for themselves! A CTR of 12.48%, 10.24% and 9.71% on our main ad groups – quite some feat for a brand new campaign. I'd have absolutely no reservation in recommending Rhys as an account manager, to others.

Add People have looked after my Google Adwords account now for over 6 weeks and since then there has been a consistent increase in traffic to my site and a sales growth to match. Charlotte is my account manager – she has been so helpful and very professional, keeping me regularly informed about her work on my campaigns and plans for the future, she is proactive and really focused on getting the best results out of my budget. I certainly feel like I am in good hands and would happily recommend Charlotte and the Add People team to anyone looking to make a positive difference to their business.

This company took my money for a report and provided a report with many mistakes and untrue facts in the assessment we raised this with the company they then went back and just amended the points raised. We asked them for a refund due to dissatisfaction as the report is unless and inaccurate they have totally ignore our refund request beware people this could finically impact your business as it seems the work isn鈥檛 up to any standard.

Add people have been great in getting my google and you tube adverts up and running. I dealt with Tom and I can鈥檛 praise him enough for his patience and support in not only getting my ads up and running. But in reporting to me and helping me understand the whole process. Very friendly and practical service. Highly recommend.

What the hell, multiple cold calls, not being open about who they were or what they were trying to sell. Wasted 30 minutes of my time get passed from "expert" to "expert" before I figured it out.

Can't say I am impressed. Lots of high pressure sales phone talks to reel you in, but at the end of the day It did not benifit our business at all, not even one phone call I Wanted to cancel after 3 months but was told I would have to make another payment. We generate more business by direct marketing and emailing and networking and through Facebook and Instagram. Feel like I would have been better off just handing over a great wadge of money to charity. Not only do you still pay for your Google add campaign, you just hand over loads of money to them. My account manager didn't really bother much once we decided to cancel. Feeling very foolish for going with these people. Not suitable for a small business.

I've been really pleased with Add People, I've was using Google Ad's without any knowledge of how to set up and manage campaigns, pumping money into something and simply wasting it. My account manager Elliott Lawlor has since made a massive improvement in my wedding videography bookings throughout 2019. I have just as many bookings for 2020 as I've had in total for 2019, so I think that speaks for itself!

I searched online, I thought this was a no good company, but I was wrong I have been dealing with a very friendly and knowledgeable guy called Rhys Walker,
I could not thank him enough I was paying so much money and had been a wast of time until Rhys came onboard and done my digital marketing for me and since being with Add people I have had more interest and inquiries from my business, and is going stronger and stronger may thank Rhys could not thank u enough ?

If you are considering using Add People please, please read this first and don't make the same mistake we did.

We outsourced our large Google Ads campaign management to Add People some time ago. Outsourcing to them was was the biggest mistake our company ever made and has cost us in excess of 拢10,000!!

Our conversion cost shot up and our account went south. Whenever we questioned this we were constantly being given excuses and vague information about why it might be happening with what felt like very little action to rectify anything.

The communication with our account manager was fractured to say the least. One of the frustrating things was each time we would be on the call it was as if he was just looking at our account for the first time as opposed to being prepared for the call. This made the calls extremely unproductive.

We eventually had to up-skill our own team with Google Ads and Google Analytics training and bring on an independent Ads expert to pull apart the work Add People had done. It was atrocious – a mere few minutes spent in the account each month (yet charging 拢100s per account), making surface level changes (e.g. changing names of budgets) and doing almost no work. They did not optimise our accounts as promised. They prey on the fact most of their clients do not understand the google suite so are obviously happy to pull the wool over your eyes.

We have sent our account manager a long email detailing all of the various items which I won't bore you with but please for your own sake don't use Add People. My advice would be find somebody local or smaller that appreciate their clients and actually have an interest in seeing your company succeed – it will pay off. These guys literally don't care about your business as they will just replace you with another client … it's a numbers game for them!

Rhys is always so helpful! He explains everything and makes sure that we are on the same page. It is an absolute joy speaking to him! I always look forward to his calls.

Harry has been a great help on driving traffic and improving conversion to our site, going above and beyond with suggestions for improvements using his experience and industry knowledge.

Really insightful and helpful. Friendly, open and honest, chatty and full of all the the information I need. Always open to me asking questions and always comes back with explanations or opinions on what may or may not be working. And always suggesting updates and other tools that could be implemented to help my campaign. Very pleased I used them!

The original call from Add People was unsolicited so I was unsure. But they seemed to know what they were talking about, their prices were reasonable and the initial commitment period was relatively short. After 3 or 4 months the Google Ads campaign is running fine with an overall positive response. There's a monthly telephone review call too. I used to run our own Google Add campaign, but the time it took outweighed the cost, so contracting it out to the experts at Add People has been a benefit.

A good company who have staff whom listen to customers business needs and whom are knowledgable and professional about the product and package that they are working on. I have no complaints whatsoever and I would recommend this company and its services to others.

We've been working with Add People for over seven months so far, mostly for our SEO but we also engaged in a 6 week kick-starter PPC campaign that we now manage ourselves thanks to a great set-up.

With a little patience and good flow of communications, we've been enjoying tangible results from the upturn of relevant enquiries to our company via increased traffic.

The achievements also include having acquired cost-free 'featured snippets' on Google due to high levels of SEO optimisation in line with our regulated service provision and related keywords.

Tom Hutchinson looks after our SEO campaign: he's very knowledgeable, always a pleasure to communicate with and takes our objectives very seriously.

Michael Styring did an excellent job of the PPC kick-starter campaign and presented many valuable insights, suggestions and commentary throughout the journey to getting things rolling successfully (which means cost-effectively too!).

In reflection of my experience, I'd highly recommend Add People to other businesses of any scale or disposition.

I am very discouraged about this company.
Customer service is unsatisfactory.

They took the money and there was no benefit.
When we set up the google campaign ourselves, immediately appeared phones and e-mails from clients.

We were forced to turn off the campaign they set up because it was destroying the effects of our work.

In the end, they threatened the court, they were very rude and they took money.

Really pay attention…

This is the second time ive used Add People for help with marketing. I was impressed the first time, hence why i used them again. This time they have been equally as good. I have enjoyed working with both the ppc account manager Isabel and the socail media account manager Archie.

I have no hesitation in recommending Add People to my close friends and top tip speak to Simon when you first call – i believe he is a BDM and is very knowledgeable. A great team!
