As a golfer I鈥檝e always worn Footjoy or Adidas, my last pair of Adidas tour 360 were horrendous, there鈥檚 breaking shoes in, which I thought was the case, the blisters weren鈥檛 blisters but actually 7 layers of skin torn off, after one round of golf, I let them heal fully, about three weeks later I tried them again, I have to remove them after 3 holes, after around 6 months and around 20 attempts at wearing them, plus around 60 Compeed blister plasters, I opened the heels up to find a solid piece of plastic, there was no way in the world it would ever break in, I took that out of both shoes, tried them on the course, they were comfortable, to look inside the shoes you鈥檇 think I鈥檇 taken them out of the bin, after a few rounds, total dissatisfaction I binned them, I contacted Adidas, got nothing back, I鈥檝e since met other members at my golf club who had similar experiences, I then a year later, and reading on the website that they鈥檝e improved the heel, thought they must have addressed it, and purchased a new pair, as they look so great, and were comfortable (2 pairs ago) after nine holes I thought great no real pain, after around 14 holes the pain began, both heels again, I took the shoes off, my new socks were fused to my skin, it was agony taking them off, I鈥檝e lost a lot of faith in Adidas, these shoes years ago you鈥檇 slip of and they wouldn鈥檛 even need breaking in, they鈥檝e gone done the cheap road here, thankfully I got a refund for the last pair, I鈥檒l stick with Footjoy for life now.

There is absolutely nothing negative to say on Adidas. I have purchased 拢000s worth of items from Adidas as i love this brand and every time they deliver. The quality is there, style is there and the customer services should a problem arise is swift and focused on the customers concern. This is a brand that knows how to operate and at these strange times its adapting. Look forward to more purchases from the /// brand.

Adidas never disappoints. Shipping is rarely delayed and my order always comes in correct. Although they could do better with their packaging- I received a huge box just for a small backpack. Seemed like a waste of cardboard.

I'm just done with Adidas. Their clothes are low quality, don't hold up, and nothing fits the same. I have just given up on the brand that I had an Icon customer level. The ability to return items is a nice thing but I want it now and I have to drive 20 minutes to send it back.

I ordered a pair of sneakers that were on sale, size 7.5. They were a little big, so I submitted for an EVEN EXCHANGE. On YOUR website, it clearly states "once the return has been 鈥淪canned by the carrier.鈥? your exchange will be sent out." Well – The return was scanned a WEEK ago, well within the 7 day time frame. You never sent an exchange.. Then I get a random email last night saying the exchange has been canceled because "it was not sent in within the 7 day window." What?! it definitely was, and I have the tracking number to prove it.
In that same email, it says "don't worry, you can still get an exchange within 30 days." Clearly your company doesn't know how to state FACTS on the website, because you and your unhelpful employees are stating otherwise.
I then chatted in immediately to see what was going on, and was assured by the agent that i would NOT pay more than what I initially paid, since it was an even exchange that you messed up – I did EVERYTHING right on my end. You either have incorrect information on your website, or your employees have no idea what they鈥檙e talking about. Either way – not my problem at all. The rep said to wait until my return arrived at the warehouse and chat in again (a day later).
So I did. I wait for 25 minutes while some employee goes and checks, only to come back and say now I CAN'T exchange – again, even though your website clearly states that I can – and that I will need to repurchase the item at full price and then call back AGAIN for a $21.75 REFUND. Well, I don't trust anything you say, so I called to speak to a live person.
The live agent gives me a 30% code to use which he then says, "oh I didn't realize, doesn't work on this pair." He puts me on hold, speaks to his "manager" and says I can't get the original price I paid. WHAT! I explain that both chat agents literally said otherwise, and that 5 minutes prior, the agent said I can call for a refund to get the price exchange and now the guy on the phone says "that's not true – now I am giving you correct information." WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOUR COMPANY?
This is my very first purchase from your company and clearly you do not know how to do business. I will definitely NOT make the mistake by ordering from you again. Absolutely none of your employees are located in America, even though I requested this multiple times. This makes it extremely difficult to explain the situation when they are not understanding what I鈥檓 even saying. NONE of the employees are trained correctly and none of them know what is actually going on. They ALL gave me different information, and now you're telling me I have to pay $22 extra FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE, WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN AN EVEN EXCHANGE AS CLEARLY STATED ON YOUR WEBSITE? Do you even know what an exchange is?
Again – I did EVERY SINGLE THING correctly, and as stated clearly on the exchange instructions. YOU messed up. Yet you want ME to -literally- PAY for it? This is how you want to treat a first time buyer? Got it.
The icing on the cake – the live agent 鈥減ut in a request for a supervisor to call me within 24 hours鈥?.. again, LIES. No one called.
I sent another email via your website to reach a supervisor – and someone else, clearly not a a manger, wrote back saying 鈥渢he exchange will be sent out once the return reaches the warehouse.鈥?Um – the return reached the warehouse 2 days ago, I have the tracking number. And now all of a sudden I AM getting an exchange after 4 people plus an email told me otherwise? No – this guy clearly doesn鈥檛 know what he鈥檚 talking about.he also addressed me as 鈥淭iffany鈥?in the email – you can鈥檛 even get my name right?! Honestly I cannot believe the stupidity.
For a company who has been around for years, you should be nothing short of absolutely ashamed of yourselves and your awful employees. If this is what you consider customer 鈥渟ervice,鈥?I want no part of it. So disgusting. DO BETTER. I absolutely refuse to pay an additional $22 for something that YOU messed up. For an EVEN exchange for size!! Are you kidding me. Absolutely livid, and rightfully so.
***oh – and in case they try to say 鈥渢hat鈥檚 not written on our website,鈥?yeah – I have a PHOTO of it. They鈥檝e all of a sudden changed it from 鈥渁s soon as your item is scanned by the carrier, we鈥檒l process your return,鈥?to 鈥渁s soon as we receive the item.鈥?Another review mentions this too. Unluckily for them, this ain鈥檛 my first rodeo with awful companies, so I now take screen shots and photos of every single return and all seemingly important information. The photo is also dated – which clearly shows they are trying to scam me out of $22. Theft, false advertising, downright ILLEGAL.

I've always enjoy buy in Adidas Online, the shipping is fast and of course I love Adidas tennis shoes. Besides you can track the shipping directly on the website or in the delivery company. And the package always arrive intact.
All shoes that I bought are the right size… never change.

Having shopped with adidas for a long time I鈥檓 hugely disappointed in them making my 10 year old daughter wait well over a month for any correspondence regarding the infinite play scheme.
I鈥檓 pretty sure when she grows up she will be a Nike girl from now on !

Must say their clothing are nice. However, horrible customer service!!!! Too long to hold for a call, the representative cannot even figure out what items are in stock. You have to be very careful on their so called discounts especially if you use the (buy now pay later payment option). You might end up paying the original price. Adidas sizes are made smaller than all other sport company. So, be careful with your size option.
