Called on 2-11-2019.. Came out to clear Ice Dam from my roof. Arrived 2:30 P.M. worked until 6:30 P.m. paid for job. $300.00 a hour $1,200.00 paid. Next afternoon noticed job incomplete Left 6 ' of ice dam near rear drainage spout.Water coming into house at point of incomplete clearage of ice dam. 2-12-2019 Called said would be out to finish arrived and cleared by Brandon & Mat took pictures. No Charge their Error. 2-28-2019 Called Advantage spoke to Cory Jay. Very rightious attitude. Said he fired Mat . I Asked for compensation for ceiling damage. Acused me of already having damage. Have New Knocked down ceilings since 2012 Spotless. Non Professional attitude. Caused More Damage then helped. Will never Recomend. Did not Give a Receipt .Thank you 12397 Ossipee Road.
