Affordable Pest Control

Syed was requested to access a bed bug situation, we made an appointment for 4 days later, which is a ridiculous time when you have bedbugs. Anyway he immediately sent a confirmation text giving us a two hour window from 3-5pm on the following Monday, which is also a little ridiculous. After 96 hours of listening to this infestation grow I waited, waited patiently for this guy…. waited for him to not show up. So at 5:20 on June 15th I called to see what the problem was… he didn't pick up… I leave a message, giving him the benefit of the doubt, assuming he's running late with some other job. Another 30 mins… nothing… the next 5 calls go to voice mail… This guy ghosted me and my family when we needed serious help.
After having us wait the four days, we were stood up. This is absolutely hands down the worst business I've ever encountered in my 37 years. With how serious the situation was aside, this is the worst service I have ever received from ANY kind of business in my life. That as not an exaggeration! I've never had this bad of "service"from any clerk, server, gas station attendant, drive thru operator, sandwich artist, TSA agent, barista, used car salesmen, drug dealer or any profession that offers any service. That's honestly the best way I can put it. The fact that it was a serious situation only compiles to show how unprofessional this guy is.
This was a horrible experience that only got worse when I called affordable pest control. This guys word is worthless, and if your in a tough situation with some kind of pest infestation, I would highly suggest that you not use this business. This review was left on the 18th of June, I even gave him 3 days after standing me up to call me back and explain himself… still nothing. Also 3 days for myself to calm down and think clearly (now that I'm not worried about infestation growing below me) Thus you get my first (and probably only ever) yelp review.
The very next day I was able to get ahold of a real exterminator, and they were at my house, on time (not just with in a two hour window) within 24 hours, and thank goodness it seems they have saved us from a horrible situation. I won't plug them during a review for another company. Im just thankful I found some actual Professional Bed Bug Boys. Also…… I hate bugs!!!!!! I don't want anyone else to feel like I did in a very needy situation…. I'm sure this guy has made it to an appointment before, I just feel it necessary to say that if you have a bad pest problem and time is of the essence, this guy has stood up needy customers before, and it really sucks.
