they never stopped helping. Even when the airlines said they had transfer but I hadn鈥檛 received anything. they kept pushing until I got the money back. All of this without any stress from my side. A very time saving service.

I got a refund after signing a 25% duty contract to Aireclaim, without knowing anything about what they really did concerning my problem.

I'm not sure if I would recommand Aireclim because of a lack of transparency. I paid them 51,11 euros and I don't know why…

A flight I had booked with Aer Lingus was cancelled due to Covid 19 travel restrictions. I was originally offered a refund, which I claimed. Then this changed to offering me vouchers. All communications with the airline were met with delaying responses. I contacted Aireclaim who took up my case, and issued a legal notice. They were prompt in response to my queries, and under their terms and conditions I would be liable to pay them their 25% of the refund even if the airline refunded my. I agreed to this, and when Aer Lingus finally refunded me, I duly paid my fee, as I am sure that without Aireclaim's involvement there would have been no refund. I am fully satisfied with Aireclaim, and would recommend them.

I had received a voucher for a cancelled flight due to COVID which was not valid or accepted on the airline website and they refused to refund me the money. After contacting Aireclaim they obtained a refund for me and were in regular communication with me. Thank you for making this a painless process and for obtaining results!

I made a claim for me and another passenger and we got 400鈧?each for a small delay that led to a whole day being lost between further delays and connections…
It took a while after I made the claim but hey, I got my compensation so I'm happy!

I couldn't get my refund in anyway so I found and contact Airclaim and they were very kind and they did help me get my refund back in one month i wasn't expecting that so fast.
Next time I will contact them again if i will have same problem

After several emails to the airline company to receive our money back after cancellation of our return flight due to the pandemic, we decided to contact Airclaim. It was our first time to use this type of service and it was definitely worth it. It took some time, but the money arrived on our card and we were not tricked into receiving a voucher. Also, as time passed we kept in touch with several email in which they were very supportive and confident in solving our issue. Super service!
In terms of fees, they were transparent and correct – we were informed upfront of their 25% fee. After receiving the money, we sent them an email requiring their details and ordered the payment. No other tax was charged or required. We thank you for your professional assistance!

Good and trustful service, after airline declined to refund the paid ticket price in April and exchanged lots of correspondence and caused headaches, some weeks after contracting Aireclaim I got my money back on my credit card. Highly recomendable, excellent customer service!

Surely got some of my money back, and very easy to use. Though took a long time, but I guess they are very busy with all the corona virus stuff going on. Would've probably gone faster if it was a normal time.

I had previously tried AirHelp and they failed miserably. So I switched to Aireclaim and it took quite some time but I finally got some money back. It is still unclear to me how much the airline paid and how much Aireclaim took. I just woke up one day with an email that they are transferring money to me. But basically any money back is good.

BE AWARE! This company will help you to get your money back, however they gonna charge you different fees which were not mentioned in the beginning. They will take not just the 25%, but 鈧?5 or 鈧?5 Transferwise fee depending on the amount and VAT as well. Airline gave them 鈧?13.68 and after this process we received 鈧?0.27. Totally rip off! We only ask for their support as our flight tickets were booked through kiwi.com. Never gonma use 3rd party again, never gonna ask Aireclaim for help!!!!

While it took some time (almost 21 months), Aireclaim finally came up with 500 Euros for my wife and I for our canceled flight with Austrian Airlines. During the initial stages, updates and communication with Aireclaim were poor (constant reminders were required to receive advice on our situation). However, once the claim entered the legal claim staged (only after 18 months), resolution and communication was swift and clear. Quality outcome, but better and more proactive communication throughout the process could improve the service overall. Just be patient and proactive yourself as a customer.
