I've tried the support from AIR Music Tech and I have at the moment 5 cases opened with no solution at all. I've started to ask support 15th november, today is 30th november. 15 days for a single response and all emails I've received does not solved my problem because it depends from AIR employees to reset manually my activations.
I have a Macbook. When I update it to a new version of the operational system (like from 10.15.6 to 10.15.7) iLok recognizes my machine as a NEW macbook, then I was asked to authorize again all my licenses, spending 1 authorization for each one for nothing…
So, now I have TWO Machines in my ilok account, the SAME machines. The "Old" Macbook have 3 licenses activated with different Location ID. The "New" Macbook has 0 licenses activated. BUT THEY ARE EXACTLY THE SAME MACHINE! This is the problem, TWO machines are not TWO different macs, they are THE SAME.
I had 3 products activated and fully working, now these products are requesting NEW AUTHORIZATION… So, do you think it鈥檚 better to activate AGAIN and WASTE 1 activation?
