Stay clear of this customer. Ordered Dyson Fan from Germany (to the UK). DHL/Parceforce lost it (I waited for 2 months) and Alles Mit-stecker wouldn't refund until they received evidence from the parcel companies (despite me reminding me of their legal obligation to deliver within 30 days). I only got a refund when raised a dispute via PayPal (Alles Mit-stecker didn't respond at all to the dispute).
Don't bother buying from this supplier.
