This company is a scam…ordered two adult shirts in Nov. 2019. Received a childs t-shirt in February…when I contacted them, their response was the "order was received" contact your local post office..

Ordered Nov 15, received half the order in mid Dec with 1 of the 2 items being incorrect. It is now Jan 16, and still have not received 2nd half of the order and they are no longer responding to emails. Have requested credit for items not received, no response. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

This company is a scam. I placed an order on November 28th and it is January 16th and I still have not received my order . Have sent several e mails requesting a refund and have been told that my order would be expressed shipped or my order is being inspected and then being shipped. I strongly suggest to everyone never to order from this company !!

Absolutely worst company. I ordered Christmas shirts at the beginning of November. No where did they say they were being shipped from China. Two months later and they are still stuck in Shanghai. Company will not issue a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

This company needs to be investigated. They are by far one of the worst companies I have ever worked w. The quality is poor. The customer service is actually bizarre. Their text are from another planet. It is January and I am still waiting for my Christmas order. Trying to get a refund is painful. I wish I knew who I could legally to file suit against them. They should not be on Facebook as they are a disgrace. I gave them a 1 when infact I should have given them 0. Do not order from them.

This company sucks. I ordered a sweat shirt which took 35 days to arrive. The product is not what is represented. It is nothing more than a glorified T-shirt. Return it for a full refund, are you kidding. It will cost almost as much to send it back to China (YES CHINA) as it cost to buy!

This is a Scam website!!! Do Not buy!!! Chlothes are made unwearable and sent a month later. Stitching is totally off and my Mickey Mouse top was sent without Mickey. The material is CHEAP! They will not send my money back! I paid for 2 day shipping and it was sent weeks later! This is a scam site!

ZERO STARS ZERO STARS ZERO STARS This company is a scam. Ordered Nov 16 I have been emailing them about my order which has not arrived I told them I needed it for Christmas and if it didn鈥檛 arrive by then I wanted my money back. Emailed them yesterday to ask where鈥檚 my money and got an email saying 鈥測our order has now shipped鈥? What a bunch of asshats.

Ordered a christmas jumper on the18th of November, plenty of time before christmas but it has turned up 30th of December. I emailed them to inform them but their replies have not made sense and not helped at all. Thanking me for emails, telling me dont worry they have some good bargains coming up. No refund given

I would give a zero if possible. I ordered 3 Christmas shirts when I first saw them in early October. I tried to cancel the order when I seen I wasn鈥檛 going to receive them in time to wear for Christmas. Their replies have not made since nor have they helped at all. It鈥檚 like they don鈥檛 understand that I鈥檓 upset that theyve had my $65 for months, and as of Christmas Day, nothing to show for it! I received one two days after Christmas. I asked for a refund for the other two. They have just ignored me. BAD EXPERIENCE!!

Never buy from these people they get your order wrong and they want you to just accept what they send you or pay for return shipping to hopefully get your order corrected. Poor poor customer service and long time for delivery.

Order was placed November 17, 2019 – Item did not ship until December 18, 2019 – Sad to say it is not here for Christmas – Each time I emailed them I would get a message, be patient…….

Can I give them a 0 star!! They take forever to ship it and the quality is nothing like in the picture!! Sizes are small, then I tried to send back and they suggested I give it to a friend or neighbor because the shipping is so high to ship it back. Not impressed at all.

Do not buy from this site it took 6 weeks to receive items. I requested refund multiple times and they refused. When items finally arrived one wasn't even close to what I ordered and the other was so cheaply made it wouldn't stand up to washing. I ordered a hallmark christmas sweat shirt, and mickey mouse Christmas shirt. Horrible and disappointing.

Besides shipping fee, there is an International Fee, left back shoulder seam un-finished and a thread pull noticed. Alonemy replied asking me … "Could you please try to sew that? As the return shipping charge is high." BUYERS BEWARE !!

I'm still waiting on a item i paid express shipping. Takes long time to get a response concerning matter. Each time I do hear something its in process and getting ready to be shipped. I will never use this site again or recommend them to anyone else I know.

Had to wait six weeks for items. Too big and didn鈥檛 send the shirt I ordered. They don鈥檛 want me to return because it would cost too much money. Their solution….5 dollars CB off next order. I would never order anything else from them
