If I could give a rating lower than 1 star, I would. It took 31 days for the 'dancing fish' cat toy to arrive, after me contacting the company repeatedly asking for ACCURATE shipping/tracking info, which wasn't accurate. My order only had to travel 800 miles (according to their ad and according to answers I received when I inquired where the heck my package was!), I could have crawled to LA on my tongue and had the toy faster. Their ad claimed they ship USPS or FedEx. Nope, apparently they use carrier sloths for delivery.

I ordered a cat bed and never received it. No one would provide updated shipping or delivery status. No one was available to take a phone call. I have canceled the order. This is obviously not a reputable company. I should have done my homework. I would not recommend Amazingly Cat for any purchase.

I ordered a cat toy and exactly as the others on here- never received it. They keep telling me it's on its way dispute tracking info saying 鈥楿SPS awaiting item'- so it hasn't yet been shipped. They have ignored my emails. I went onto their FACEBOOK page to warn others by copying this link showing complaints and warning others not to purchase from them. They actually deleted all my comments and links AND they blocked me from being able comment to warn others- no wonder there are no negative comments on their page! So I tried to report to FB but it just said 鈥榯hanks for letting us know!'- no real action will be taken against them. I applied for refund through PayPal PLUS I filed a report through the Federal Trade Commission to hopefully make them aware of their bad business practices of stealing from people. If you are reading this bc you had a bad experience with Amazingly Cat- please file a report with the FTC- the more reports they get- the higher chance they can shut them down and stop them from scamming innocent people into buying their products (and not shipping them!)… we need to work together 🙂

Do Not order from this company. I didn鈥檛 receive my product. Thank goodness I received my money back through PayPal. They ignored PayPal when they were contacted.

I just ordered the flippity fish tv promo for my animals.the tv site is something that you really want to stay away from ,ordered 2 for 30 bucks free shipping and I was directed to a site that required me to buy additional ones with no way to opt out or cancel. Ended up charging me 50 bucks and I'm sure they would like to charge me more ..not happening, called my bank .
BUY IT FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE,!
the parent company is Probibi. I don't know if amazingly cat has anything to do with them or not

After waiting weeks for this fish toy it came broken! It does not work at all! I contacted the company and I was told that was a phone service unaffiliated with the company. If I wanted to reach them, email for support. You'll notice 100% guarantee but on email page it says you only get 2 days after it's delivered! I tried to charge the fish for an entire day. There was no paperwork included. Called company, got an unaffiliated phone rep, filled out email where it then shows you have 2 days to return with an uploaded video! Why would I upload a non moving fish toy?
What a huge waste of money!
Seriously do not buy from this company. If they decide to send one that works I'll let you know but with the other negative reviews, I doubt it! They make a fortune on scamming people!

I received the 鈥榡umping fish鈥?4 weeks from purchase date. The shipping bag was damaged and the charging cable would not connect to the fish. The power cable parts were not compatible. I sent pictures and video of problem to customer service within two days of receiving this item. They told me they could not help despite advertising 100% guaranteed satisfaction and a 30 day return policy. This company is in China, not CO, according to shipping label.

Total scam – makes it look like their productos are coming from the USA which they are not. I tried to refund a couple of slow feeder bowls as they advertise 100% satisfaction – 30 days. When I tried to refund they indicated "two days" to refund and offered me a $10 off coupon. I reported them to the FTC. Awful, deceiving.

Avoid buying from this company as they are selling products that do not work as advertised. I asked to return the product & they have not replied to my request . It is now in dispute with PayPal .

I ordered a cat bed and paw print kit; neither showed up despite emails claiming they were shipped several weeks ago. The tracking numbers I was given do not exist according to the shipping company. I've emailed and called multiple times over the course of a week and still have not received a refund, the products, or a response. I believe my next step is filing a police report. Do not purchase anything from this company. I believe this is a scam.

I ordered a toy for my cat almost 2 months ago and have not received anything yet, the company refuses to answer my questions and the "tracking" information they gave me say that the shipment has not even been created yet. What is going on?

This company is criminal. I placed an order on 4/12/2020, and on 4/14/2020 I received an email claiming the item was shipped. Now, some 60+ days and over 15 emails exchanges later, the item still has not arrived; the only responses I keep getting from their so-called customer service are all just the same caned responses: (e.g., allow 8–10 business days for your item to arrive, it's still in transit, etc). It is now abundantly clear this place is a fraud, and sold items they did not actually have available to sell; much like Ponzi schemes and other similar RICO violations. I am so incredibly disheartened and I've never been lied to so many times over by a purported customer service rep. And they cannot blame the COVID19 pandemic because I have literally ordered over 150 items during the COVID 19 pandemic and NOTHING was delayed to this extent. And, in fact, anything that was even moderately delayed was replaced by the sellers.
In addition to the aforementioned canned responses, this company initially kept saying "don't worry" if the item is not received within 45 days after the ship date, then there is an "automatic refund." The purported "tracking information" also indicated the item shipped from a location less than 50 miles from the destination address. Yet, for some reason, 8 weeks isn't enough time for it to be delivered????? This company NEVER offered to send a replacement item, this company has YET to apply the refund I was promised would have been "automatic" over 20 days ago. And now, just yesterday (JUNE 10) I was told "don't worry" there is an automatic refund after 60 days!!!??? Ummmm I'm sorry, what? first it was 45 days, now it's 60? This is not coming from China. Frankly, I doubt it is coming from anywhere. I've been duped…. it is so disheartening and we should ALL bring a class action claim for Fraud and/or contact US Attorney's office to ask that charges be brought against this sham of a company under the RICO statute.

I placed an order on 4/5 and I got an email saying it shipped on 4/6. The website said 8-12 days arrival time. I waited until 4/21 to contact them saying I hadn鈥檛 received it. They provided a tracking number. The tracking stated that USPS received notification of shipping but hadn鈥檛 scanned the package, therefore indicating they label was printed but the package not given to the post office yet. I responded telling amazinglycat about this and they ignored me. I knew things were delayed with shipping due to coronavirus so I just kept checking. On 4/29 it still hadn鈥檛 been received by the post office, so I filed a PayPal dispute. On 5/16 PayPal said that I could escalate it to a case because they hadn鈥檛 responded to PayPal. So I escalated it. Just today..June 4th…they provided a new tracking number. Two months later they are shipping it?! Who knows if it is really even shipped this time. UGH

I ordered 6 Vita cat vitamin pacifiers on 4/17/2020 paid for them by credit card. The tracking started in China and ended in China. I called them at the phone #970-541-4611 and left numerous messages. To let you know I called them 100 times since the tracking ended and no call back. The BBB of KC MO said they have had 96 complaints in the last 3 years. They are listed out of Loveland CO. With this many complaints I'm surprised they are still in operations.

I ordered 2 Fetch Cat toys on the 7th April. It's now been 42 days in transit and the product is nowhere to be seen.

The shipping link provided just says "Cleared and awaiting international departure SHENZHEN (CN)". It has been that way for a very long time.

I've tried contacting the company on several occasions, only to be told "Our standard shipping is 8-12 business days for USA orders", I live in Australia and it's been 33 business days!!! The customer service team are unhelpful at best!

I've finally given up and lodged a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

Stay away from they fraudsters, they'll just take your money and run.

Scam alert! I paid for products but never received them. I have emailed them multiple times & their lies just keep getting more pathetic. I just checked BBB & every complaint is the same: they never ship the products & give you the runaround & eventually just stop responding. They never give refunds. Fortunately I used Paypal, so I should be able to get my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

I ordered a Soft Cat Tunnel with Bed Mat, Easy Litter Scoop and 6 pcs of Bouncy Led Jumpers on the 27th April for our 9-week old Siamese kitten. After reading the reviews on Trustpilot, we were skeptical about if we would ever going to get our items delivered. But to our surprise, we got all the items on Thursday 14th May and the qualities are good. My kitten wrestles with the led jumper that was hilarious. Tunnel was also a success. The easy litter scoop is bigger than what I have hoped for. Our litter box is not so big, I need to take the top lid off, so the scoop can move freely with out hitting the sides of the box and the top.

Tracking online of the package didn't work, we only got a notification of when the package was dispatched, but no further information. Hope it will improve in the further.

Overall, we are happy with the purchase and the service. I will buy again in the future.

Amazinglycat is a Disappearingcat!! I was very excited to order cat bowls and a bed for my Grand Cat on April 12 and although a DHL ticket for transportation popped up, it halted and with that, Amazinglycat ran off with $62.00! No responses to emails to their customer support however, I do continue to receive their marketing ads. HORRIBLE and UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR. The people behind this sham should be ashamed of themselves.

Terrible experience….Ordered a cat bed, paid for it on my credit card and still haven't received it. Probably never will. 馃槧馃槧馃槧馃槧 Company will not answer my emails or posts. So sorry I ordered it and I was completely robbed. Facebook needs to block this dishonest company that just steals money from their potential customers. Do not trust them or if you have money you want taken from you , order from them. Completely Disgraceful. Oh and the tracking number shows it started and ended in China. BEWARE….TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!

I ordered the cat bowls on 3/30/20 and still have received nothing, and it's May 1st…I paid almost $100 for 3 plastic bowls. I am putting this in dispute with my credit card company and if they do ever show up, I am not opening them and will take them to the post office and write in big black marker on the package, 'REFUSED'….I'm sorry, but during the time of Covid-19, it seems that there are more scams going on out there than ever. I don't care if this came from China. I have purchased lots of items from China, but they never took this long to receive, or cost this much money before..RIP OFF!!!
