Just place $350 worth of order and payed for next day delivery. Their system locked my account for suspicious activity. Their is no way to contact them except upload card picture (Last 4 digits displayed only) and wait 24 hours for them to unlock account.
If I don't get my delivery tomorrow I will contact back and cancel payment.
My advise to anyone is use these people as a last resort. 1 star only because I can't add -5

Absolutely useless. How on earth did this guy become a billionaire? Cannot even log in. Even tried to change password. Got a notice saying unusual activity. So I cleared that. Then they asked me to verify again, Did that. Then a notice saying unusual activity, Gave up and went to work.

I'd give zero stars if that came up as an option. I ordered one item & have to wait 2 and a half months for delivery. Pathetic service. Also it is an ordeal when I try to track my order, I find I am locked out of my account so can't follow up. I will NEVER AGAIN order from them. Once ordered they take the money immediately, & then WE WAIT! Am still waiting…….

They took my money without permission for the seller account registration (I didnt finish the registration) then when confronted REFUSED to communicate. I was told a refund was on the way and was continually passed off for 4 months. still didnt get my money.

I recently purchased an L.T. Williams Superior Ironing Board through Amazon. There was a little pa8in t damage on the legs but i c hose to ignore that rather than go to the trouble of returning a somewhat bulky item. However, in use it has proven hopeless. Very difficult to open and close. Insufficient padding on the board itself. You can feel the iron through your linen. I wanted to advise Amazon but it is too difficult to work out how to do that. So I have given a poor write up on social media. Extremely disappointing and does not encourage me to purchase again through Amazon.

Have been trying to close my never used sellers account for more than 6 months already. More than 7 calls are done, the same amount of complaints are made. They have taken 2 monthly fees and were trying to take more, but I have cancelled my credit card. No one is trying neither to call me back, nor to return money. At the moment its 110$ but it would have been more if I did not close the card. Sellers support department simply does not exist. There are only Indians in a call center that give me the same information every time I call and no actions taken. What they did is a fraud and Amazon are thieves.

Really happy with Amazon customer service. I ordered a book this week and they informed the delivery would happen on Wednesday by 8.00 pm.

On Wednesday, I received a notification saying the delivery was running late. The book was delivery the next day, and I would say the delay was mostly caused by customs clearance.

Woke up this morning to a voucher, refunding my delivery fee, that I can use to purchase another item. I didn't ask for it, but they were pro-active!

Quick and good service of a company that values their customers. This is one of the reasons why they are market leaders on what they do! Amazon.com.au

I ordered black Skechers Ultra Flex 2.0 7.5 size but they arrived faulty, from bottom to top in a heel area the left shoe was 6cm and right one 6.5cm!!! I ordered exchange into different once and I asked that shoe must be checked before sending it to me and what do you think?! of course they didn't check it…they sent me absolutely same faulty shoes from same lot with same number 13350/BKW. When I asked to sent me shoes from different lot so not to get same faulty product they sent me a refusal. They told me I need to wait 2-3 weeks for faulty shoes to arrive to their warehouse and then place order again and wait for new shoes another 2 weeks…and the most funny thing is they put these faulty shoes online to sell without mentioning that they are faulty….I'm officially done with Amazon

Prompt acknowledgement of Order receipt and excellent delivery service. Product as expected – refurbished computer in very good condition after sustaining delivery from overseas (Canada I believe) thanks to serviceable packaging. Here's where the compliments end. On setting up the Computer we found that it required a Password to activate it. No password had been supplied with the machine, so we went to Amazon's website for a contact to request the missing information. There is no telephone contact offered on their website so we endeavoured to locate an email method of contact. None was readily visible, so we followed a circuitous route to locate an online form directed to "Customer Service"; this offered a number of "types" of problems that were to be selected to target the appropriate responder. None of the Categories really fitted our situation, so we selected an approximation. This brought a result- and we finally spoke to a live person.
Explanation of our problem drew the response that our product had been supplied from Amazon USA and the local Amazon was unable to deal with it. We were offered a way of contacting Amazon USA. Doing so, we received a call from a Customer Service agent in USA. His response was to contact the supplier of the computer in Canada. We have subsequently sent 2 emails to suppler Refurbana with no response.
In our view this situation is the responsibility to address the matter rests with Amazon in Australia through whom we placed the order. The fefurbished product description included the item "Windows 10 Pro (Renewed)" and lack of a password denies receipt of this item.
We have been simply attempting to have Amazon act to supply this missing component. The size and complexity of their organisation seems to be making it difficult for them to comply. We are very disappointed with this situation and wish that we had chosen an alternative supplier.

I wish I鈥檇 never heard of Amazon let alone buying from them.

In these crazy times and with a compromised immune system I鈥檓 trying to order as much as I can online so I don鈥檛 have to go to the shops.

On Tuesday March 10th 2020 I placed and paid for a order of tissues, order number 249-7859597-7567041 total cost $45.00. The listing said it would be shipped in 6-10 days. I accepted that as I could imagine how busy online retailers must be.

On day 8, 17th March 2020 I sent a message to the seller asking them was everything ok and when could I expect my order to be shipped.

I wasn鈥檛 worried too much about not getting a immediate reply. Time went on and I received nothing, and my game of email and chat ping pong began.

The only reply I received was a auto reply stating there was something wrong with the sellers email.

After a total of 11 chats and emails all I鈥檝e been told is I have to wait till 15th April before I can lodge any sort of dispute, despite it being obvious that I鈥檓 never going to receive my order.

The seller still has items for sale and it doesn鈥檛 seem to bother Amazon. The seller has also failed to answer any messages from Amazon directly.

I want this order cancelled and my money refunded. How hard can that be? Waiting anymore times isn鈥檛 going to change anything.

When this nightmare is finally over I鈥檒l be closing my amazon.com.au account. I鈥檒l never purchase anything from them again.

Is Amazon legit or scam? Can I trust Amazon?
