Amazon direct delivered oil fired heater. The product was faulty so tried to arrange pick up and replacement. They could not confirm over 2 days and then I had to reinstall address. As they could not fix I was then requested to receive a refund. T&Cs specifically then state if I don't return I will get the refund reversed !!!. What a shambles and now left in the lurch without resolution

My friend asked me to pay for an item as a one off, so I agreed for them to use my card. Amazon then attempted a further transaction for Amazon Prime 7 Days later. I complained last year when the same thing surprisingly happened. I'm not a Prime Member and now I don't want to be, despite all the benefits it offers.

I spoke with a manager on the phone via their customer service department, and their manager just said its part of the Prime's t&c's to process payments from any bank account connected to an Amazon Account. In theory, its sounds like they don't care where the money comes from on your list of cards, whether it belongs to you to not, as long as they collect their money!

My complaint was simple, I did not authorise the transaction. You took payment from my account fraudulently without the card holder's permission. The Prime account holder is innocent because they didn't authorise you to take it from an account without their name on.

I think its not good enough saying you'll send the feedback off to a team but won't hear a response as they didn't listen the last time it happened. So what's going to change? I feel that unless I report this to someone like trading standards, no one is going to listen and this problem will just keep on happening to others.

Amazon!!!!!
I placed an order on Amazon for one item only, paid 拢162, the order was confirmed and ten minutes later a second identical order was confirmed, Amazon duly charged my Paypal account another 拢162???!!! I tried to contact Amazon but to no avail as they appear to have been hit by plague and no human available and when I eventually managed to get hold Virtual Alexia I was advised upon receipt, send the item back, Amazon will refund me less 拢4 postage?!! No explanation has been given to date for the duplication of the order however as a gesture of goodwill Amazon would kindly refund me 拢5 of my own money?! I did send immediately and got refund less the postage but neither received an explanation for the duplicate order nor have I received the 拢5.
Shopping with Amazon? Never again!

I was a victim of fraud contacted Amazon to let them know. Cancelled item through my bank.
A week later amazon locked me out of my account. Sent over 20 letters detailing I was the victim, phoned customer service which said they would sort it. They didn't.
I'm lock out of amazon prime, amazon video and alexia services.
After buying 1000s over the years the first problem and they locked me out wrongly.
I've had enough, terrible terrible service and terrible customer service

I have used this company many times to buy items that I need for my home and my family, and sometimes I have had to return the items for one reason or another, but i recently purchased bedstory pillows, as I am a disabled person who has chronic lung disease and I have to partially sit up when I sleep, and I am on a low income so I am limited to what I can afford, but i saw these pillows on the website and they looked really nice and the reviews were excellent so I pushed the boat out and bought them, to say I am not happy is an understatement but I have to be careful about what I say, these pillows are the worst thing I have ever bought in the past few years and I am very unhappy. They have been out of tge packaging for the past four days and they still haven't returned to the size in the pictures. I am not able to send them back to amazon because I can't queue up outside the post office for another 45 minutes, corona virus has us all queuing up outside of all the shops and I am not able to stand for any length of time. So I have wasted my money and I am very unhappy. I will not trust the reviews and the pictures of the products that are being sold on the amazon website again, this experience has left me feeling very disappointed and financially damaged.

very disappointed the driver delivered my parcel to the wrong address and I got the parcel bound for the other address my parcel went to. Also Amazon site does not allow customers to make email contact to report failures by there delivery drivers.
I would rate the delivery service as Minus10 Star

My mother had a trial of prime music an membership they renewed her membership using my credit card as I had used it to buy something…they use your credit card don鈥檛 inform you. I cannot find how to complain a bloody cheek!

Not impressed at all ordered a trampoline was told it would be shipped within 48hrs nothing so rang again said i couldnt cancle so i went on app and cancelled it myself then i get an email saying the item is out of stock then i go to use call back feature on website and they have me barred

In the past 12 months I have had more let or undelivered orders than successes
The customer service is absolutely useless , indeed my most recent problem involved 9 different Customer care representatives who all asked exactly the same questions and did nothing

Bought a YoYofit through Amazon. Surely they should check that what they sell, does what the product states. Purchased for blood pressure checks and checked the reading with my Omron Arm cuff BP machine. Watch innacurate every time. Waste of money. Don't buy!

I usually give positive reviews. I had good reason to give a bad review after receiving exceptionally poorly packed plants via Amazon. I included photographs and was factual. Amazon responded by refusing to log my review, claiming it did not meet their criteria of fair comment. All of my many other reviews have been acceptable.

I conclude, Amazon only publishes positive reviews to increase ratings and encourage sales. Amazon is not honest.

I've been scammed by amazon uk,please do not buy there this guys aren't acting legit anymore,I placed an order the live chat told me my card was declined,I have proof of charge so I contacted my bank I've been given authorization code ,I gave to them they said 6 hours and will dispatch my order,then I tried buy a gift card for 拢100 got account frozen for suspicious activity I've been asked to upload my card Wich I did ,never got a response from them, no ithem been sent no refund been made.they took my money and that's it.
I will now need to wait full 15 days to make a dispute for fraud to mastercard because amazon took my money and never send me the ithems I paid for

WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ? I received SMS messages to my phone about a delivery and I contacted the delivery service DPD after a lot of rigmarow of trying to contact them. I turns out to be a mistake on the part of Amazon. The delivery was for someone else and Amazon had made a mess of it.
So I tried to get in touch with Amazon about it. Only to find out THERE IS NO AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICES ! IT DOESNT EXIST !
If you try to go through their maze of making contact you will be engaging with a very sub standard AI which doesnt seem to understand plain English.
I am considering making a complaint through the offiice of Trading Standards and working out how I can sue Amazon for sending me spurious text messages and waste my precious time.
PS I laugh at those glowing Trust Pilot reviews about Amazon because they are BLATANT FAKE REVIEWS.

Waste of time. I've stopped ordering from amazon now, I give them a chance each time to redeem themselves after an order messes up and they fail each time, broken promises, missed delivery dates, faulty items. You'd think the richest man in the world would care a bit for his own company!

DO NOT BUY ON AMAZON!!!
Was using amazon for 5 years. 3 years as amazon prime member. Now I see what Idiot I was. Lost 拢200 by shopping on amazon, item never arrived, seller provided fake tracking number what I reported to Amazon, but they don't care about customers once you paid they are happy.
Bezos got my money in pocket with smiley face.
Buy on Amazon or put money in to bin is the same.
DO NOT BUY ON AMAZON!!!

I hate Amazon with avengence, I hate the way that it takes you to checkout and makes it so difficult to avoid signing up for amazon prime when I didn't want it so I have to mess around cancelling it. Tried to close my account and it won't let me so I just muddled my account details. They can keep it, won't be going there again.

I always have a great experience with Amazon UK. Prime membership is fantastic and has saved us on a number of occasions. When a product has not met expectations, it鈥檚 very easy to send back.

Deliveries are atrocious. I have Amazon Prime, free next day delivery. They give you a time in the morning or afternoon and you arrange to be there to take delivery, then just before delivery, you get another message stating delivery will now be before 9 pm in the evening. That is a whole day wasted waiting for deliveries. It states free delivery, how can it be free when I have wasted a day of my time waiting for the parcel to arrive. If we are given a time then that time should be adhered to. I feel like charging Amazon 拢10 per hour for my time.

Purchased face masks on the Amazon UK site but did not receive as pictured in the advert. They state LUNDYBRIGHT CE Medical Face masks, French branded but the ones I received are made in China and not LUNDYBRIGHT. The advert is misleading on the Amazon site and needs changing. I paid 拢25.89 for these but the ones I received I can find advertised for just 拢13.00 + delivery.
